if in fatihah i read maybe 4 harkat instead of 6 for an example does it change the meaning?sometimes even i have this doubt, what if i use 4 harkat instead of 2 ect ect

This comes under tajweed and tajweed is a sunnah as far as i'm aware. You could just say the Fatihah without reciting and it would be valid inshallah.
Please double check everything i say. I meant this comment to get you started in the right direction inshallah. Look for scholars who give evidence for what they say.

Hi, in uk there is the age for marriage which is 18 but me and someone else are 16 and want to marry and we are mature and know what we are doing. Can we get married by doing a nikkah but not filing the marriage to law?

# Quran 5:1 “O you who believe! Fulfill (your) obligations”.
