What invalidates prayer 1) break wudu 2) coming into contact with impure substance unless he removes it and if it is impossible break prayer and remove the impurity 3) to uncover the aura deliberately 4) turning back to the qibla deliberately 5) to speak during prayer deliberately 6) to laugh out loudly, smiling doesn't invalidate prayer, only when it's audible, even half a half laugh will invalidate, shaking shoulders even when laughing silently will break it 7) woman, donkey or black dog passing in front of a praying believer within the sutra 8) to abandon one of the pillars of the prayer deliberately, without any excuse 9) to eat or drink deliberately 10) deliberately adding a pillar, or putting a pillar in place of another 11) cancelling intention, sincere firm intention to leave prayer
These things invalid your prayer: 1. To break your wudu: urinating, deficating, passing wind, taking a nap, ... 2. To be in touch with an impure substance and being aware of it & not being able to remove it. 3. Expose/uncover auwrah deliberately. 4. Movement & turning away from the qibla. 5 To speak deliberately. 6. To laugh out loudly: having loud voices; going "hahaha", keeping laugh in while shaking shoulders, uttering 1 or 2 letters: like "hah-..." --> prayer is invalid akhi 7. For a woman, a donkey & black dog to pass in front of a whorshipper(male or female). 8. To abandon one of the pillars of the prayer deliberately without a valid excuse. 9. Eating or drinking deliberately during prayer. 10. Deliberately adding/ putting one pillar in front of the other pillar: adding 5th rakat in 4 rakat prayer, doing sajdah before rukuh,... 11. All of Allahs rulings have explanations. God has his reasons for everything he decrees. Its just that some reasons maybe revealed to us, and some may not.
Yes it might be true that a woman passing in front of a praying man or a praying woman invalidates that praying man or praying woman's prayer. But it must be known and understood and borne in mind that ALSO A MAN passing in front of a praying man or a praying woman invalidates that praying man or praying woman's prayer. It is certainly NOT that while it is not okay for a woman to pass in front of a praying person, it is, however, okay for a man to pass in front of a praying person! So just as it's not okay for a woman to pass in front of a praying person, it is also not okay for a man to pass in front of a praying person. The sheikh needed to mention that.
Kindly go through the rulings regarding sutrah (an object placed in front of a praying person). I'm sure in shaa Allah, it will answer all your questions. You can reference sifat solat nabiy
In regards to the woman walking in front of someone praying, same applies to a man. Any human walking in front of someone praying, it's a sin upon them if they do it intentionally
@@caylia9989 Hadith is important akhi. Think about this, deeply: If Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. ever said something Allah didn't like, would Allah not have commanded him to retract his statement? Yes, He would. Allah would tell Muhammad s.a.w. to retract his statement. Meaning, everything that the nabi said, was allowed by Allah. So if the nabi said something and Allah allowed it, it means we're supposed to follow it. Alongside that, numerous times in the Qur'an, Allah tells us to follow and obey the messenger. So Hadith are very important.
@@caylia9989 you need to follow the quran and hadith and sunnah. the hadith is what the prophet Muhammad (SAW) said! he knows! We must listen to him. and quran
Doesn't the prayer get invalid when any human passes in front? Since we shouldn't prostrate to anyone. Which is why we should put the sitra for anyone?
Yes, the prayer gets invalidated also if a man passes in front and not just if a woman passes in front. So yes, you're right - we do have to put the sitra for the praying person.
For who are still confused Sheikh was talking about Walking infront of your *over your prostating position* like walking above your prayer mat, if someone tries to do that you can stop him by one hand Hope you guys understand 😊
On the rule of cancelling intention, what if you have to hurry your prayer because you have to so something or go somewhere or for example you are late to go somewhere and you either hurry your prayer with the intention to leave it or having the intention to leave it but staying at the same pace. Does it make the prayer invalid, or is that okay? If someone can give this question to Sheikh that would be great.
Don’t hasten ur prayer. Remember that Allah is in control of time. Don’t be slow but don’t be fast. And what the sheik meant is canceling the intention with the sincere decision to leave the prayer and that invalidates it. If you are late to somewhere then continue praying at a moderate pace. So what if ur late? That won’t matter on the day of judgement. What will matter is ur prayer.
Our Prophet and his Companions never rushed their prayers. Even during the Battle of Badr. Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) related that the Prophet ﷺ said, “The worst people are the thieves who steal part of the prayer.” He was asked how this was done, and he replied, “The one who does not complete his bowings and prostrations,” or he said, “The one who does not straighten his back during his bowings and prostrations.” (Ahmad, At-Tabarani, Ibn Khuzaimah and Al-Hakim) “In bowing you renew your submissiveness and humility, striving to refine your inner feeling through a fresh awareness of your own impotence and insignificance before the might and grandeur of your Lord. To confirm this, you seek the aid of your tongue, glorifying your Lord and testifying repeatedly to His supreme majesty, both inwardly and outwardly.” Don't rush your Salaah (prayer) for anything for those things will not rush to save you in the Day of Judgement. May Allah guide us. Ameen
In Hadith: Prophet shortened prayers for Mothers who had children crying for attention to avoid causing more distress to both. Unless you have a good reason like children, illness, work, travel (flight to catch) you should not shorten prayer. The past battles were fought for the sake of Allah swt & Islam so if you trust Allah swt then you can choose to prolong prayer and accept the risk of being murdered in sajda instead of being ready with sword as quickly as possible to defend & fight on.
Never knew about passing in front of someone while they praying, as we often did it in Medina and makka because of the masses of people and crowds. Which most of the times cannot be avoided.
That's okay because the saff you're walking through has the imam has their sutra. Nobody walks accross the imam. But you shoulfn't walk in front of someone praying by themselves. The one praying should also guard their salat by having a sutra. Allaahu alaam.
In mosque /masjid, if women are praying in congregation and some other woman joins later n finds no place right away n makes her way to a prayer mat or spot through crossing worshippers, will it invalidate prayers of all worshippers?

You forgot to mention that reciting Surah Al Fatiha, Dhikr and tashahud in my mind without moving or reciting with your lips and your tongue invalidates your prayer. it doesn't count as a Salah.
@@abdulmalikcollins4985 It is mandatory to move your lips and your tongue while praying Salah. Without reciting Quran Dhikir and Dua then your prayer is inavlid. ua-cam.com/video/0f4m0kSqraw/v-deo.htmlsi=0znae2FGWGDtS1n2

Shukran for the reminders Sheikh. Any person who disrespects the Sheikh intentionally must stop it. It's a sin. Scholars went to learn for many years to teach us. If you know more or disagree with the Sheikh, remain silent.
My uztaz once told me that the reason why they said if you sleep and wake up that u have to make wudhu again is because u are not aware of the environment during that time and u may have pass gas unknowingly. But if you are sure that u didn't pass gas as your sleep is very brief, ur wudhu is still valid
Spitting does not invalidate ur salah. If you need to spit then spit to ur left side under your foot. Swallowing is wncouraged. There's a hadith where Rasulullah saw says "Whenever anyone of you is praying he is prayer, he is speaking in private to his Rabb and so he should never spit in front of him nor on his right side but to his lift side under his foot." It's in sahib al Bulgari book 22
Thank you Sheikh.... What if you hv a very tiny food stuck in between my teeth..(even after flossing)...and in the middle of my prayer the small tiny food come out frm my teeth and when it is at the tip of my tongue i quickly pick it and hold it until i finish my prayer.....is my prayer valid?
you can either hold it or spit it ONLY to the left side o your body, of course if not hiting other person. same if you have to sneeze or taking out your coughing mucus with tissue, tilted your head slightlly to the left. but your eyes always to the point where you sujood. wallahu'alam bisawab
Thank you for giving me another way of disposing the tiny food in my mouth while praying...so its ok to spit it politely....may we see all muslims in Jannah !!
Pillars mean: 1) Qiyam (standing, if you're able to) 2) First Takbeer 3) Reciting Soora Fatiha 4) Rukoo' 5) I'tidaal 6) 2 Prostrations . . . . etc If any of the above you DELIBERATELY avoid, then your prayer will be invalidated.
For any of the obligatory acts of prayer if you deliberately or on purpose leave one of them or add one of them then your prayer is no longer valid For example 2 sujood per rakah is obligatory so if you were to deliberately add another sajdah (prostration) and make it 3 sujood or not do a sajdah to make it 2 sujood per rakah then you prayer isn't valid. This is if you do it on purpose not if you forget
Salam...I wanted to ask if one cries in the prayer , teary eyes... because he is in some sorrow...grief ..and bring standing before the Almighty makes him emotional...and he cries.....would that crying invalidate the prayer?
Llike example you need to put your phone away or turn it off. or move your kid/baby from harm or any. emergency act, you should do this without moving your body/head away from qiblat. if you turn your body from qiblat ( your back is facing qiblat). while doing this, it's cancel shalah. walllahu'alam bisawab

assalmualikum. Sunna first only magrib fard first. if you're late in prayer then u can pray fard first but not regularly. Allah makes easier. U can see his more video then you'll find video that answer your questions.
Afwan to answer this. If the one you're asking about Sunnah rawatib shalah (total 12 or 14 rakaat) then what the correctly you do: Sunnah subuh2 rakaat BEFORE 2 rakaat subuh fard Sunnah 4 rakaat ( 2 rakaat 2 rakaat each with. one salam is better) BEFORE dzuhr fard then 2 rakaat AFTER dzuhur ( and if you do 4 rakaat instead of 2 rakaat after dzuhur every day, hadist said Allah prevent this person from touched by hell fire) Ashar fard WITHOUT sunnah rawatib. though there's 4 rakaat sunnah BEFORE ashar (optional but good to do, which is called sunnah mutlak. Hadist said that those who do this 4 rakaat BEFORE ashar, then Allah will. shower him /her with Rahmah). Maghrib fard prayer then AFTER 2 rakaat sunnah Isya fard then AFTER 2 rakaat ba'diah sunnah Then close night with witir ( any odd number rakaat ) BEFORE sleeping if you cannot wake up middle night for tahajud. You should perform this sunnah accordingly before and after fard as rasulullah and sahabah give example; unless you are in hurry/on the safar/unwell/jamak/qashar then it can be changed according situation. like when you safar more than 80 km then sunnah rasulullah to do qashar ( when 4 rakaat fard. become only 2) or you allowed jamak qashar, by. doing this you do not need to do the sunnah rawatib above because you already shorten the fard. However, rasulullah NEVER missed 2 rakaat sunnah before subuh even in safar (traveling) or war, because the importance abundance reward it has (there's hadist shahih about this) "A house will be built in Heaven for one who prays 12 Rak'at in a day and evening as follows: 4 Rak'at before and 2 after the Zhuhr Prayer, 2 after the Maghrib Prayer, 2 after the ‘Isha Prayer and 2 before the Fajr Prayer." (Narrated by at-Tirmidhi under No. 380. Only If you are almost late for your fard shalah, then you can do the fard first then the sunnah. Or. you have to jamak 2 afrd shalah, then. the sunnah done after it if you stilll have time. WALLAHU'ALAM BISAWAB Apologies for very long writing
What if I have my wudu and change my daughter’s diaper. Is washing my hands to clean the impurity enough to validate my Salah? Or do I need to do wudu again?
Invalidate prayer/Salah/Namaaz. 1. Breaking wudu even by napping. 2. To be in touch, with a pure substance. 1:13 3. To expose, or uncover the Awrah deliberately. 4. To give your back, to the Qibla deliberately. 5. To speak, deliberately. 6. To laugh. 7. For anyone to pass, in front of the worshipper.
@peterrauth118 well if god is true you will be roasted in an unimaginable fire for an eternity. Whereas my prayer 1/2 hour a day works as meditation+exercise (scientifically proven, go do your research) . Believing in Allah is ALWAYS a win-win. Now question is are you smart enough to make the right choice?
@@sayeediftekhar4042 While I appreciate your (rather ineloquent) attempt to articulate Pascal's Wager, your only reason for believing in god, is that someone told you that the truth is already given. To accept unquestioningly that something is true is just intellectual laziness. Because it is easier to accept something is true rather than have to expend the effort in working it out for yourself. I suspect you are far more concerned about 'the fires of hell', than I am👍
@@peterrauth118 Ok then I assumed you didn't know Pascal's Wager, well uneloquently speaking no gives a crap what it's called but what it actually represents. But I'm even more perplexed as to why you're stuck at this intellectual brick wall. Thing is there's no empirical evidence as to why the Pascal Wager is deemed wrong. You just "believed " it to be true/false in the first place. And the irony is I'm and already have done the "working out" and accepted Islam. The thing is how do you know if what you are about to find out or have found out is true? I dont need to prove Allah exists. You need to prove Allah doesn't at least to yourself. Peace.
People split hair on minor issues rather than looking into the overall picture. Religion says that all your rituals are of no use if one is not moral. What's the use of promoting rituals and splitting hair on rituals without promoting moral behaviour. Look in holy cities of Maçca and Madina, how taxi drivers and traders are cheating pilgrims while doing rituals on time. Look how people promot various practises in the name of religion to mislead believers to earn money. Preachers must preach more on morality than rituals.
That can be the concern when that is the topic of the video. This is specifically about this topic. You could've requested kindly that the Sheikh speaks about such topics instead of acting like an invalid prayer isn't a major problem
Agreed, they're some corrupt Muslim men who beat their wives. Scholars talk a lot about homosexuality, being wrong. If the mother and father's relationship is loving..Children who grew up seeing that, won't be influenced by homosexuality. Even if its all around them.
Salath means 'Purification to terminate the existence' or be in present How to perform Salath (Qur'an 5:6) O you who have believed, When you Stand to Salath, Wash your faces and your forearms to the elbows and wipe over your heads and wash your feet to the ankles. And if you are in a state of janabah, then purify yourselves……….. The Qur'an does not say, you have to wash (Wulu), before the Salath. The Salath means washing (Wulu, the word doesn't exist in the Qur'an), Rise up for Salath ➡️ Wash, again Rise up for Salath ➡️ Wash................ *Never ends❓*
I disagree with this sheikh’s idea that we don’t need an explanation or legitimate reason about the rules in Islam. I believe Islam is inherently just and fair religion so we should not be afraid to know the wisdom behind rules. I want to understand why women passing invalidates prayer.
There’s a difference between being curious about the wisdom behind a ruling, and NEEDING to know the wisdom being a ruling. We don’t need to know the wisdom behind rulings.
Right- it is inherently just and fair, so you do not NEED to question its rulings in order to know that it is the best course of action to follow. Now, asking with the intention of understanding is different, and as long as one does not intend to not follow the Islamic teaching if the explanation is not “satisfactory” for the person asking. We hear and we obey, it’s not “we hear, we ask questions, and then we obey”.
For some rulings, there ARE no explanations and it is not permissible to make one up. Why do we need to wash hands for wudhu? Why do we pray 5 times a day? Why do we pray 3 rakat in Maghreb and 4 in isha’a? Why? Because this is the deen as prescribed to us, we have 0 “reasons” given for these actions and yet it is obligatory to follow them.
Some scholars said it brakes the prayer and other scholars said no it doesn’t. The Hadith means that her/his Khush‘u will be gone and the reward of salah will be less. Am with the second opinion. Wa Jazakummullahu Khayran

This sheik sometime forbids something that prophet Muhammad(as) didn’t. Like when he says raising hands for supplication after Fard Salah is Bid’a. If he can prove to support his claim from any sayings of the prophet(as) then that’s fine. We can even supplicate at the very end of our salah, how much more after we are done withour prayer?! I respect your opinion Sheik but it has to be based from Ahadith and Qur’an.
The mufti should give references when he says something like a women passing in front invalidates the prayer. As much as ik any human passing in front is not right, and not specifically women. This mufti should say things with proper references else should keep his beak closed.
Sorry, but addressing a prayer to a god that is supposed to care shouldn't be harder than getting a building permit or trying to get a car repair paid for by Carshield. Once a religion gets more complicated than "Do unto others, etc", remembering that lack of forgiveness eats you up inside (might have been Jesus or Don Henley who said that...) and that the world was here before you were and it'll still be here when you're long gone, it just becomes a self-perpetuating bureaucracy using more energy than it is worth. Get a real job.
It's literally not that hard. if you wanna show how grateful u are or want to ask someone for something you'd be good to them you'd show them more love and show them that you care and do what they want. Being lazy won't do it. When he lists numbered rules it sounds like a lot but once you get the habit it's very easy. And all those rules are there for a reason. Are you even a Muslim? If you're not a Muslim nor here to learn about islam with an open mind because you want to practice, it's not the video for you
exactly well said & accurately described. to get a building permit, you have to follow their rules & requirements & official forms. same for a carshield or whatever company. ditto for prayer, as per the requirements of the one you are praying.
Brothers and sisters this hadith about condition number 8, sounds a bit strange. Why it's just for a woman, a donkey or a black dog? What about if a man or a boy walks over the praying matt, or a mule or a horse and why a black dog and not any dog? If people start praying, they shouldn't be bothered about anything except focusing on their prayers. I have seen people blocking passers by with a fist while praying because they believe that their prayers are cut off. This very action disrupt our prayers and invalidate them and not the person crossing over your praying matt. We are not expected to believe every hadith under the sun brothers and sisters, use your mind and do your homework before your mind is robotised by many phony hadiths thrown at you. Didn't the prophet say if a hadith contradicts the Qur'an, just reject it? If all the hadiths were to be taken as sahih, would the prophet tell us to reject any? Of course not, he wouldn't because he knew there will be many corrupt hadiths.

What about in Makkah and Madina all the time people step in the sujoud spot while someone praying??
Kindly go through the rulings regarding sutrah (an object placed in front of a praying person). I'm sure in shaa Allah, it will answer all your questions. You can reference sifat solat nabiy
are you saying that your prayer has a direction? does it go straight ahead, or to the side, or straight up wards? Do you know how foolish that is. ??

Doesn't the prayer get invalid when any human passes in front? Since we shouldn't prostrate to anyone. Which is why we should put the sitra for anyone?
yes
Yes, the prayer gets invalidated also if a man passes in front and not just if a woman passes in front. So yes, you're right - we do have to put the sitra for the praying person.

For who are still confused Sheikh was talking about Walking infront of your *over your prostating position* like walking above your prayer mat, if someone tries to do that you can stop him by one hand
Hope you guys understand 😊

Still no comments on the genocide in Palestine ?
My uztaz once told me that the reason why they said if you sleep and wake up that u have to make wudhu again is because u are not aware of the environment during that time and u may have pass gas unknowingly. But if you are sure that u didn't pass gas as your sleep is very brief, ur wudhu is still valid
Once you sleep, your wudu is invalid because many things happen while asleep.
What about a brown dog or white dog or a dog with many colors pass in front does this also invalidate the prayer?
A pregnant woman that usually spit. After woodu, she do put something in her mouth so as to stop the saliva. Is her prayer invalidated?
Spitting does not invalidate ur salah. If you need to spit then spit to ur left side under your foot. Swallowing is wncouraged. There's a hadith where Rasulullah saw says "Whenever anyone of you is praying he is prayer, he is speaking in private to his Rabb and so he should never spit in front of him nor on his right side but to his lift side under his foot." What if you hv a very tiny food stuck in between my teeth..(even after flossing)...and in the middle of my prayer the small tiny food come out frm my teeth and when it is at the tip of my tongue i quickly pick it and hold it until i finish my prayer.....is my prayer valid?
Yes as long as you don’t eat it on purpose
Thank you very much for answering my question...may Allah protects us.
you can either hold it or spit it ONLY to the left side o your body, of course if not hiting other person. same if you have to sneeze or taking out your coughing mucus with tissue, tilted your head slightlly to the left. but your eyes always to the point where you sujood. wallahu'alam bisawab
Thank you for giving me another way of disposing the tiny food in my mouth while praying...so its ok to spit it politely....may we see all muslims in Jannah !!

It means missing any pillar of prayer, you can search for video, pillars of prayer to know more about it.
Pillars mean:
1) Qiyam (standing, if you're able to)
2) First Takbeer
3) Reciting Soora Fatiha
4) Rukoo'
5) I'tidaal
6) 2 Prostrations
.
.
.
.
etc
If any of the above you DELIBERATELY avoid, then your prayer will be invalidated.
For any of the obligatory acts of prayer if you deliberately or on purpose leave one of them or add one of them then your prayer is no longer valid
For example 2 sujood per rakah is obligatory so if you were to deliberately add another sajdah (prostration) and make it 3 sujood or not do a sajdah to make it 2 sujood per rakah then you prayer isn't valid.
This is if you do it on purpose not if you forget

I have a question. Do you pray Fard first or Sunnah?? I’ve been praying Fard of every prayer first then I pray Sunnah. Is that wrong??
assalmualikum. Sunna first only magrib fard first. if you're late in prayer then u can pray fard first but not regularly. Allah makes easier. U
can see his more video then you'll find video that answer your questions.
Afwan to answer this. If the one you're asking about Sunnah rawatib shalah (total 12 or 14 rakaat) then what the correctly you do:
Sunnah subuh2 rakaat BEFORE 2 rakaat subuh fard
Sunnah 4 rakaat ( 2 rakaat 2 rakaat each with. one salam is better) BEFORE dzuhr fard then 2 rakaat AFTER dzuhur ( and if you do 4 rakaat instead of 2 rakaat after dzuhur every day, hadist said Allah prevent this person from touched by hell fire)
Ashar fard WITHOUT sunnah rawatib. though there's 4 rakaat sunnah BEFORE ashar (optional but good to do, which is called sunnah mutlak. Hadist said that those who do this 4 rakaat BEFORE ashar, then Allah will. shower him /her with Rahmah).
Maghrib fard prayer then AFTER 2 rakaat sunnah
Isya fard then AFTER 2 rakaat ba'diah sunnah
Then close night with witir ( any odd number rakaat ) BEFORE sleeping if you cannot wake up middle night for tahajud.
However, rasulullah NEVER missed 2 rakaat sunnah before subuh even in safar (traveling) or war, because the importance abundance reward it has (there's hadist shahih about this)
"A house will be built in Heaven for one who prays 12 Rak'at in a day and evening as follows: 4 Rak'at before and 2 after the Zhuhr Prayer, 2 after the Maghrib Prayer, 2 after the ‘Isha Prayer and 2 before the Fajr Prayer." (Narrated by at-Tirmidhi under No. 380.
Only If you are almost late for your fard shalah, then you can do the fard first then the sunnah. Or. you have to jamak 2 afrd shalah, then. the sunnah done after it if you stilll have time. WALLAHU'ALAM BISAWAB

What if I have my wudu and change my daughter’s diaper. Is washing my hands to clean the impurity enough to validate my Salah? Or do I need to do wudu again?
I don't think that break your wudu! Just find ruling on 'what actions invalidates wudu' and stick to that
the majority of scholars said it doesn't invalidate wudu.
That does not break your wudu some scholars even do not rule that baby’s excrement is najasah
Just my humble opinion but this is kind of difficult demand from the divine .Are these rules from Quran?
Nope, none of these are rules of the Quran, they are rules of hadith....if Allah truly requires all these rules, it would have been in the Quran.
Invalidate prayer/Salah/Namaaz.
1. Breaking wudu even by napping.
2. To be in touch, with a pure substance. 1:13
3. To expose, or uncover the Awrah deliberately.
4. To give your back, to the Qibla deliberately.
5. To speak, deliberately.
6. To laugh.
7. For anyone to pass, in front of the worshipper.
