Allah has been generous and gave his religion and made it easy... why add to it? Take the sadaqa of your Lord because this religion he gave us is sadaqa for its ease upon ease

It's sad yeah. But honestly, there is always hikmah (wisdom) behind it. One of them is imagine what prophet Muhammad peace be upon him face during his da'wah to tauhid. He face persecution far greater than any caller to tauhid nowadays, he has the most perfect akhlak and adab yet still persecuted. So it's impossible to call for the truth yet didn't face any kind of backlash one bit.
May Allah keeps us on the straight path aamiin

It is sad because I am from Cape Town, South Africa and a revert. I thought it was normal but now Imam has mentioned that Dua after completing the prayers is bidaah.
All the masjids and I mean all the masjids make Dua after the fard prayers.
How do I stop this because my brothers and sisters are being lead astray and especially the youth?
This is a major concern for me now and I am but a newborn in Islam.😢
There were others who tried but were met with strong resistance from the people.

I suggest you ignore them for now since you are a revert and make dua for them to stop. Then after some time when your basic in Islam is good enough you can try to change them. Because they will insult you in such a righteous manner that may make you doubt your own knowledge. This can destroy you. Basically gaslighting you will face.
You are not the only one, Akhi. I'm here in Durban, and this has become the norm. But when I'm the Imaam, after completing the fard, I don't make dua.
Make Dua after fard is proven authentic Hadith brother follow the way without hesitate
The dhikr after salah referred to in the question has been reported in a hadith reported by Abu Hurayrah from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): “Whoever glorifies Allah (says Subhan Allah ) thirty-three times immediately after each prayer, and praises Allah (says Al-hamdu Lillah) thirty-three times, and magnifies Allah (says Allahu akbar) thirty-three times, this makes ninety-nine, then to complete one hundred says La ilaha ill-Allah wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul-mulk wa lahul-hamd wa huwa ‘ala kulli shayin qadir (There is no god except Allah Alone, with no partner, His is the power and His is the praise, and He is Able to do all things) his sins will be forgiven even if they are like the foam of the sea.” (Reported by Muslim, 939).

Be mindful of Allah before commenting about anyone especially a great Sheikh like him. You will be answerable on the Day of Recompense for what you just said about him. Seek forgiveness from Allah.

Thank you, shaykh is being rewarded because of your backbiting and bad mouthing him. But sad for you, you fell into sin because of your words. He is a shaykh, he gives lectures and advises people on Islam. He is not the ruler of Saudi. He is not responsible for what the Saudi rulers do.

If he was speaking good, we shouldnt go against him and say why he isnt talking about this and that because he did something good, how can we say it is bad because of something he didnt talk about

I believe in the last day so i wont go around against something that was good and backbiting and losing all my good deeds in the process
It was narrated that Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: A man said: O Messenger of Allaah, “So and so (a woman) - and he spoke of how much she prayed and fasted and gave charity - but she annoys her neighbours with her (sharp) tongue.” He said: “She will be in Hell.”
So please lets defend our muslim brothers and not try cause fitnah
