Think I've seen worse to be honest. There are series that are way more graphic. But I guess the "normal" people and "non-fans" freaked out from the atypical first episode compared to the rest of the series.

Yes finally a new track guide. I'm looking at the track right now as I'm writing this and it's a shame how is Vietnamese fans never got to enjoy the thrill of having actual cars roaming our streets. At least f1 2020 has it

Fun fact: I actually went so close to those walls one time my tyres scraped the wall and sparks flew.
But this track really does expose what I dislike about the game.

This track reminded me of the Madrid street circuit from Gran Turismo, and it made me wonder if this series will eventually branch out to fictional and semi-fictional tracks.
Clive James would be proud of your scriptwriting and delivery. He, like the rest of us, would be appalled at this catastrophe of concrete trying to pass as a racing circuit.

I needed almost a year to start to feel this track. The first 2 times when I visited it in my team career mode, I got thunderstorm and couldn't finis the race either of the time because the track lack grip even on dry. After that I wasn't willing to race on it for a long time.
Now I started another career mode a Driver career. Finally dry race. An honestly this track grew onto me. At first, I hated it like no other track in the calendar. But after I approached it without any expectation, I had a fun time with it. The 3rd sector is really fun imo. The 1st sector corners are torture tho.
I like the esses. They have some character. And after driving the first two sectors, that is a surprise

This track really puts the "annoy" in Hanoi. So many bad decisions in one circuit, it's almost impressive.

Even though Wreckfest is more arcade than you usually go for, but I think a few of the tracks in that game would make for good episodes, Boulder Bank Reverse and Motorcity Circuit *(All of the configurations)* especially.

if first lap didn't hit you, the exit pit stop will - damn this maybe happened it real race later. so true, this track looks simple in racing, but will make problem when tyre explode, car hit each other when braking etc, exciting
Ahh yeah turn 11. When I first raced in Hanoi (with a controller I must say) I don‘t know how often I restarted training to find the spot to brake their. 5 hours on this track later and I Stil couldn‘t find it consistently. Now I’m just massively overbreaking and turning turn 11 so slow, I could boil tea in between entrance and exit.
Looks very challenging. Similarities to Monaco, Singapore, and Miami abound.

That last turn should have committed to being a Baku sector one 90 degree turn. its too fast to be a hard braking point but too tight to go flat out this wouldn't be a problem with tarmac or even a gravel trap but it sucks even more because of the wall that feels like it deliberately gets closer as you go through the corner

I had to skip this track in career mode after the first practice session
i literally skipped practice, qualified last, gave up on driving it, let the ai drive the race, got p3 (58-60% ai)

I don't think that this track is so bad. Yes, it's hard to drive and overtake, but it's interesting in finding limit and it could be spectacular to watch. It's my opinion
If you add the tropical storm in July to December or January next year congrats it will be a your worst nightmare
