Anytime I travel to any Island/Country and the natives of that place give me a price, I always pat that price because I learned a long time ago that that was their only source of income. I could easily afford their price and I gladly pay it.

I like this folks vids better.
They show the good and the bad objectively! We have some white washed Ghanaians, I mean the ones who left when they were teenagers, coming back to Ghana and criticizing the country like they've never seen it before.
When I went back to Ghana after 16yrs, I kept it 100%! I walked the routes I used to walk from Kaneshie to Circle using my old short cuts, Circle to Kanda Hwy, Dansomam, etc. I did get lost a few times because of the improved landscape. By the time my vacay was over, I was fit as heck and the mosquitos rejected my blood.
    Keep it up guys!

The Cape Castle...thank you for visiting the place of departure to different lands throughout the diaspora. To see that place was as surprise...it was not taken in without deep sentiment for the history of it - watching from South Carolina, USA.
Thank you both for showing that there is still thinking and talking about our ancestors of many centuries ago taken and dropped onto this foreign soil...a place our African spirits still do not belong, that is why endless turmoil. We built the whole economy and structures off backs, blood, and lives...millions. Thank you again for representing the truth in video...thank you. My DNA results showed 19% Ghana region...so you all showed me my root people...thank you.

One rarely see clips that tell the truth about Ghana yours is an exception. One sees so many clips that show the Kempinski ,Movenpick & the places around the airport precinct with captions like "surprising Ghana" etc claiming this is what Ghana is like. The reality is something quite different as the two of you found out.As I am sure you are aware there are elections in a couple of days & I wish very much that Ghana would get a government for all the people not just the rich corrupt 20% but I am not holding my breath.I guess the anti Apartheid writer Alan Paton got it right when he said " 'The tragedy is not that things are broken. The tragedy is that things are not mended again".
