Confirm the device is off, connect the USB cable to a computer or use a charger like you'd use for your phone, any USB port really. It is ideal to use a low power option such as a computer so the recorder is not damaged. This means 1A or less ideally. A computer outputs .5A so it is always a safe choice.
It takes around 7 hours to charge and there is a red indicator when charging that turns to blue when fully charged. (In case you have the manual still, this is all on page 6 if you ever need to review it).
Hello i just wanted to ask my device is frozen its not playing back any recordings neither its charging and nothing shows up when i connect it to my computer aswel and the red lights is always on what does that mean if you can help me what should i do please

It should have come with the manual. I have no way to send a digital copy of it but this video might help.

It’s make sound when battery dies or make lights? Someone can notice on recording time?
Sorry I don't have answers to those questions don't suggest letting a battery run completely out on any device if you can help it and I don't really use it anymore I just played with it off and on a little bit around the time the video and that's pretty much it cuz it's just not something I really need it at this point.

I don't own a Mac and I am in the hospital and won't be doing anything for a while as I have to have some major procedures with a long recovery, sorry.
Missing the software, can nor adjust the micro, where can I download?
I believe there's a link in the description where I put the files on my Google Drive so you should be able to get that other people have successfully as far as I know it should still be there.
I was listening to my recording and it went died, so I Charging it for hours, it come on but goes off in seconds, what do I need to do to get my records off the record?
If you can't keep it powered on I'm not really sure what options you have. I guess you just have to keep trying to charge it and make sure it's actually you know getting an actual charge so maybe a loose cable or something like that you can check on other than that I'm not really sure there is anything you can do at this point sorry I can't be of more help.

Just like I said in my last reply I don't know how to advise you on what to do to get your records off the only thing you can do is to charge it up and hope that it charges and then take them off or try hooking it to the computer and see if it'll charge and let you get them off quick enough that way I don't know what to tell you I didn't make the device I just made a video about the device that's all I know sorry.
They claims this type of recorder can do 40+ days continues voice recording. Is this true? How long a single charge recording last?
It is more of a take a look at test than daily use item for me, like some of the big tech reviewers they get an item open it, film and that's it. Some items I really use for long periods but some I have no real need for so they may or may not get real world use. This is one that I don't have much need for so I can't speak to long time usage.
I know it holds a charge without use for at least a month or more since I left it sitting and came back to it and it would still turn on after 30 days.

What program do you use to hear the recordings?
You just listen to it from the device like an MP3 player, or play it on your computer with whatever program you use for audio playback. It records and plays audio and comes with headphones as shown in the video.
How if the voice recorder has some recording but not opening ? when I try to open it up it’s saying that this folder is empty
So you recorded video and connected to your computer and see files, but they fail to playback? Are the 0 bytes? Have you tried say VLC for example, since it opens practically anything? Is it a Mac or a PC? Anything else you can tell me that might help me to try to help you?
It’s a PC .and it’s a voice recorder one that you holding on the video .my recorder is 15gb and it’s exceed the maximum capacity I forgot to turned off but I deleted some of recording that I don’t want but half of it with recording but I can’t open it

You might try a different port, cable, or even pc. It should just plug in and work. I'm not feeling well so that's all I can suggest right now.
@@Tw3akst3r I’ve tried on 3 pc’s 2 laptops and 2 Mac’s on mac’s doesn’t even show it and in windows i have that issue which I’ve described.
I will install a fresh new windows and I hope to work.
@@mihai.9786 It should simply plug in and work (plug and play) so maybe you need to return it if it continues to fail. I hoped it was simply the cable, as it happens and is an easy fix.
I have a question. I buy the Q70 today. I want start the record when hears a voice, and not continuously.How can set that? The jnn record parameter setting tool is missing from Q70 files. My Q70 have in disk a txt file and write this in txt. Can set from txt?

You'll need the tools shown in my video (starting at 1:53) that are supposed to be on the device to set the recording mode and other parameters, as well as the time setting tool for setting that. Perhaps the company can send you the correct files for your model?
@@Tw3akst3r My Q70 have inside, a RECORD folder, one folder with name Time Synchronization Tool with a hardware.dll file and set disk time app inside. And a .txt file with name FACTORY which has these parameters that I wrote in the message above. Can you upload this setting parameter tool app to download? will work logically on mine as well.

@@geodam1380 You're welcome. As far as I know just check to set your options, it was not an item I actually need to use for more than the video, but I thought it worked well and was kinda cool, so I got it to take a look at it.
Can i recover the deleted record?
I'm going to assume that it's not very likely especially if you used it since then but it's possible you may be able to use some software to recover it that's built with the intent of recovering software from a failed hard drive or things of that nature there's free and paid versions so if you give that a shot it may allow you to recover deleted files but remember the more times you use that drive and the more times you try to recover it the less likely the recovery will be because you'll overwrite the existing data with new data.
Do the lights come on every time it records?
Best I can recall it does, and I don't recall an option to turn them off. Check out 4:22 in case you missed that part being spoken about.

You're welcome. Not ideal but a small piece of electrical tape could "fix" the problem. Plus the only come on shortly and likely wouldn't be noticed much unless in a dark area.

Do you know why the red light stay on all the time
I don't, it turns on then off after a few seconds. I think it might turn red when low, so I wonder if it is a bad or low battery and is in need of charging. Does it work properly and last a long time when using it on battery?
Its been fully charged overnight. Red light on all the time. Works very good. Recording about 7 days

@@Dannysiri I'm confused, you replied it works for 7 days and then replied you can't use it. If it works, then I'm not sure why it stays red, but if it is not working I'd suspect a bad battery.
