Thank you, so the scratch sound is not because of the sensitivity level, you need a sound barrier like a silicon case or sponge windscreen to prevent the noise.

That background sound is not normal, I think your unit is defective and you need to send it back for a replacement. Most likely the Condenser Microphone inside the unit is defective.

Greetings, Unfortunately this device can not record in MP3, Wave, or MP4 formats. The unit is not equipped with those types of file compression software. Also the hardware in it is not powerful enough to do real-time MP3 compression. Gain is the same as Volume Control for the Microphone. The higher the gain the more unwanted background noises will be picked up. Voice Activation Sensitivity is the sensitivity of the record function activation based on voice or sound. I am not a big fan of this feature because it will either cut off the recording prematurely, or falsely activate the recording in noisy environments. If this is not longer available on Amazon, you can still buy it from eBay and Aliexpess. Thank you

Unfortunately the battery will not last for 9 hours, at least not on the one I have. So if you want to record all day you need to connect it to an external power source.
That depends on the Audio Quality settings since the higher the quality the harder the sound processor works. So on average you should get between one and two hours.
We have 2 of these both just over a year old. For some reason we can no longer get the recordings off of them and more. Our computer and laptop no long recognize these devices. Have you had this issue with yours and do you have any tips on how to get our computer to recognize this device again. Both computers are updated and have no issues other than what we are experiencing with this device. Thanks
@@TECHNOLOGYTIPS101 we tried that with no luck. You can hear that there’s audio being recorded if you plug earbuds into the recorder but for some reason it won’t recognize the recorder on the computer.

However, that is very challenging for someone who has no experience in soldering. So the easy way for recorded file recovery is to use a 3.5mm male-to-male auxiliary audio cable, and play the recordings on the device while connecting the other end to your computer sound card to record it on the PC.
Yes it will save to the point that the battery was still good and discharging normally. Once the voltage drops to a critical point it will save the recordings and shut down.
A fully charged battery lasts for about two hours under ideal circumstances. However if the recording quality is high, or the weather is very cold then it could last less than that. The charge time depends on the source current. For example if you charge it from a USB Port with 2.5A DC Current it will fully charge in less than an hour, but charging it from an old USB 500mA it can take up to two hours for the battery to fully charge.
You need to use a converter to change it to MP3 in order to make it compatible with any device. I did test it on a PC running Windows 11, and on a Mac and it worked on both without any modification. However I had to change it to MP3 so it can be played with my iPhone 13 Pro Max.

There could be several things that could effect the vile visibility. First make sure the USB cable is good if not switch the Micro USB Cable with another cable. Second go to Device manager in your PC to make sure all the drivers are installed and that there are no yellow exclamation marks. Third make sure you sign in as administrator with full access rights to all the files on your PC.

This can't connect to a Mobile phone, however it should be able to connect to Windows Tablets with a USB port, or even a Windows based Smartphone with a USB port.

Hi, I am happy with my Mavic 2 Pro, however the DJI Mini 3 Pro is a much better deal
We have 2 of these both just over a year old. For some reason we can no longer get the recordings off of them and more. Our computer and laptop no long recognize these devices. Have you had this issue with yours and do you have any tips on how to get our computer to recognize this device again. Most likely the USB cable that you are using has gone bad, try a different cable.

I can't get the settings to change using my Chrome book. Is there something that I need to do differently?
Try using a Windows PC instead of a Chrome Operating system.

That is very simple, you simply connect it to your PC, right click on the recorded audio file and then left click on Delete.
