Hi Rankin family, as always, I love single story homes, not crazy about very high ceilings. House #1 had the space but house #2 was my favorite. Feels more cozy & I like that each room has an attached bathroom.
I hope the beautiful home is not in a flood zone..
Glad you like it! 👌🏼 Approx. 96.5% of homes in this community are NOT at risk of flooding so that’s a plus imo
Great video tour as always! Both homes are beautiful but I like #1 better. Brass fixtures in this home - 🤔hmmm definitely timeless and warmer compared to brush nickel. But brush nickel is more modern and versatile. This home should have brush nickel fixtures. Spacious rooms and generous closet and storage space. Overall very nice! Thanks for sharing. Take care!

Good day Marcus & High Vibrations!!....Im back resuming watching these tours, been away for a bit and need to catch up, as I'm in the process of preparing to Relocate to Texas by September. So been busy packing 🫠... But anyways, i know that information really didnt have anything to do with this Video- but, because you are showing homes in Texas and i will be moving to the "Lone Star State", I'm excited.
But this Home tour is very lovely, and i love the Cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom, love the tiles, and love that beautiful spacious Yard, the (first one) Model home is so very Cozy ❤

Wow. I love the primary bathroom and shower. They went bling bling with the shower but put in wood tile floors in the bathroom- why?? There are so many nice flooring options and they copped out the wood tile.

I like hard wood also tile . Not a fan of carpet.
We’re currently in the process of building a 3385 with Gracepoint. For us it was the blend of higher ceilings and light we liked from the 3778 but at a slightly smaller size and thus price point that made more sense and allowed us to upgrade the things that were important to us (for example we are putting in a 48” range as per the first house). We initially looked at the 3369 but wanted the increased light and spaciousness of higher ceilings throughout and cathedral ceiling in the great room that the 3385 offered us.

Definitely have to come back to make my judgments on these two houses. So far, house one is chef's kiss 10/10. The second home wasn't bad, but there are definitely some things I'll discuss when I come back, and I'll give it an 8/10 for now. I'll be back.
