mini chopper with a modded 5hp briggs motor runs about 50-55 mph according to my GPS. This bike has a mopar super bee look to it. lots of stuff custom so please subscribe for more vids
it's an older chinese mini chopper frame..was called the Terminator...the original plastic peices, tank cover fenders and side covers were all chrome...I currently have one..though it's been used hard..im 165lbs and even with the original 49cc two stroke I hit 40 or better..and it gets 30 mile a tank..quarter gallon tank( ya I know right), but that's 120 miles a gallon...it works for me, but I hate 2 cycles because you have to rebuild the damn carbs pretty often if you use ethanol based gas..
four strokes sound like that, a 2 stroke will sound like a buzzing sound because it fires every time it hits the top, when a 2 stroke starts 4-stroking, it somewhat sounds like a 4-stroke motor, however 2 strokes will produce far more power for the same displacement. Morini produces 12hp 50cc motors that rev up to 14000 RPM, depending on your sprocket and mounting/fabrication techniques,they've commonly hit 140kph (roughly 90mph) but if you want a throaty sound and forgiving motor, 4 stroke it.
I've built a bunch of em. Frame an all if you want that thing to really fly an have take off enough to pull the front wheel put a torque drive on it. We was getting up to 85 mph. Better be sure of your work before hitting those speeds

HOw did you do to get a gearbox? What Brigs&stratn engine is? What type of cluch you got? Your bike is awesome! Incredible sound. It sounds like a super chopper!
I got the same frame but it has a custom front fender and the original rear fender,.. I got a 6.5 hp predator motor on it, bought it knew fer 100$ your exhaust is a lot better than mine though
Did you have to switch the brake and sprocket to the opposite side from where it was originally? If so, how? I have a similar frame and want to do that

Really nice work. Your carb might need a new diaphragm.. Once the starting gets a little un-predictable its most likely the diaphragm.
