+Quinten Henning lol well weird it said said this video was copyrighted and not able to be viewed in usa lol?????? That was a first I could see if it was a disney movie some one high jacked on here lol but guy making a bike... Oh good wanted to see it done lol! It seems part 2 3 4 are not able to be seen in usa........ But part 1 and 5 are lol oh well
That is because no one fucking cares about people from Canada if you even want to call it a country.......... It's more like a place where people with down syndrome that can't play hockey go to die!

The bearings for mounting and the wheel it is what you are
Could you tell me that diameter tubing you were using? Was it mild steel? What wall thickness? I'm surprised that pipe bender could bend it. I'd like to purchase one if it works that well. Thanks.
Quinten Henning Does that diameter tubing bend well with the bender you have? It looks like your bender is meant for 7/8" outer diameter tubing which is about 22 mm outer diameter.
yes its for 22 mm but it worked quiet nice. you can see very small marks from bending becaus of using 20 mm tube but its good enough for my small project
Do you think that tubing bender would bend 22 mm tubing with 1.5 mm wall well? I thought I saw in another one of your posts that it would barely bend 20 mm tubing.
vary nice i noticed your not using a pipe bender what is that die in the vice ? not having a bender is the only thing keeping me from building a bobber thanks
Hey thanks man! But its a pipe bender in the vice. I bought it on ebay for 20€ ;) its only for thin pipes or copper pipes but it worked great ;) normally its used with both hands but my pipe was too thick so i had to put it in the vice for more power ;). thanks and please check my other part of this bobber ;)
i love the slow low idle
That is great, in the 1960's I used to cut up 26" bicycle frames. They looked just like that...Learned what a pillow block bearing was !!!
amazing metal work skills !! i just got finished with mine

Tractor noises
Parabéns ficou muito legal.ABRAÇO
Yeah I agree I would run some sort of straight pipe and your idle sounds a bit low.. But nice bike!
How did you make the steering mechanism?

Could you tell me that diameter tubing you were using? Was it mild steel? What wall thickness? I'm surprised that pipe bender could bend it. I'd like to purchase one if it works that well. Thanks.
jjrock5 the tubing is 20 mm in diameter and 1.5 mm wall its stainless steel tubing
Quinten Henning and its hot drawn. (better bending results)
