Thank you Joe!! I love your music and enjoyed chatting although briefly, with your wife a few days ago! Please thank her for me!! Your teachings about the 1x have been very motivating and I sincerely appreciate them. (Please excuse the poorly constructed sentence....I should’ve majored in English rather than art!!!😂😂
Great video Joe. Thank you. This helps a lot. Shame on ROLAND for not providing ANY video UA-cam support for the FR-1X. They really dropped the ball there. ROXY’S has some videos with Leon that are good but very limited, and they are now out of business. Hopefully you can post more instructional videos on the FR-1X. Keep them coming please! Thanks again.
Thank you for the comment. I did not know they were out of business (Roxy). I don't know if you have ever seen Dale Mathis with his sound sets, but he is amazing. His website is: www.dalemathisaccordion.com/
@@joekarwoski Correct. Dale is great. But in his defense he it representing the entire ROLAND line and trying to sell accordions. So, he is pretty spread out. No offense to him, he is great. Just need SPECIFIC Roland FR-1X tutorials. Almost feel that once I am up to speed with it I would do the videos myself. However I am a LONG way away! Again, thank you Joe.
@@mcshea847 What type of instructional videos do you think would be helpful. I was thinking of doing one on how to edit the sound sets and create user sets. It may take me a while to get to it with work and all, but it was something I was thinking about.
Yes. And perhaps creating User Programs to store on a USB stick that can be played later. I believe the FR-1X will only hold 8. That being said, could you keep those 8 loaded & just play a saved one off the USB stick? Not sure. But any videos would be helpful. Thank you Joe.
@@mcshea847 I truly appreciate both you and Dale. You both seem to focus on different areas and I appreciate every bit of it!!! I’m probably the least knowledgeable and I’m being blessed with different areas of knowledge from both of you. It’s like having my cake and eating it too!! Between both of you and my “relationship” with Hal Leonard (have all his books!)😂 I’m doing better. Wadaya expect from a 78 yr old!!!!! I wish I could play the accordion as well as I played the trombone!!! No sense in lamenting at my age!!✝️💟👍🤗
When I first played with my 1x I would’ve probably dropped it if it hadn’t been strapped on when I accidentally hit those “humanoid” voices....scared the fire outta me!!
Subscribed, liked and SAVED!!! Plus grateful for discovering the Roland product itself.
Love your classes!! Thank you!!
You are welcome, and thank you for watching.
