I always hand pack the back well before putting the bearing on then pump front full. The hole is for air escape loke said once heated up all the grease will work its way over all and the air will excape of any is left.
Beautiful Craftsmanship dude! Ive been following this build for months now and based on my past experience these 1036s can be really finicky with weight, really hoping that shouldn't be a problem.
I have a foot pedal and a finger control. I'm going to do a full video on it soon. I've had a bunch of questions about it. Ill try to get it out next week
I just watched part of this vid. Will be watching the rest in the morning while I drink my coffee... before heading down to work on my build. That blue looks GREAT! Quick Questions... I have a dent/dip in the top of the rub-rail that I want to get out/straighten before I do my paint. 1) What method do you use to straighten them? Only thing I can think of is install a rivnut or something and use a slide hammer... OR fill it but it will still be visible. 2) How much would you charge do fix it? May take an hour to fix.
You’re young now,but when you paint you should wear a mask bro! Cause when you get my age you are Gona have crusty lungs an have an oxygen tank that has to follow you around! Not fun I’m telling ya. Love everything you do in your videos! Keep these coming! ✋🏻
Dig that blue color came out nice and really pops with that water camo colored foam. Another great build!

@TRICKEDTINS you're welcome. I've packed 1000s of those with no issues. But like you I hate working on them lol.
Gotta give this one a like ! You should sell kits for 10ft jon boats like the new tracker

I think it will be ok
Thanks.
Thanks brotha
Love this one bro
Appreciate it
Sweet rig! I really like the color way and turf. More of the dogs in the videos brother!
Thanks Mark. Lol those damn animals are always causing trouble.
Awesome job as usual the paint and the turf go very well together. Everything looks to match up pretty good to me.
Appreciate it man, I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.
What paint did you use? I didn't see the link

Awesome build
Thanks brotha
Dope build as always !!
Appreciate it Dan
That’s a sweet rig !
Turned out pretty cool! Thanks brotha
As soon as the grease gets hot, it’ll distribute evenly. Give her a couple more pumps and it’ll be good.
That makes sense. I just don't understand how the air gets out?
@ I don’t know how many trailer hubs you do. Harbor freight has a bearing grease packer that’s cheap.
Where did you drill through for the wires to feed the exterior led strips?
Back corner right below the gunnel cap. Watch my last video. Its all about led light install. I went into depth about it.
@TRICKEDTINS thanks for the quick response. Awesome work!
You should pull the buddy bearing back off and see if the back of the bearing got any grease. You made a good point and now I want to know 😂
F those hubs lol. I hate trailer work. Those buddy bearings are a joke without a hub with a rear grease fitting.
Sweet build, love the blue ! So when you weld on stuff in ankward positions do you use a foot pedal or a 2t or 4t on a finger switch ?

It is doneeeeeeee😊❤❤❤
Yessir Fisheryin is coming to get it next week!
You should pack the back of the hub with grease before you put it on the axle. Then, you fill the front through the bearing buddy.

Idk. Only thing i could recommend is a hammer. Maybe cuting a relief slot and welding and grinding. I don't do anything for less than $100
@
OK
Thank You
Honestly like “Minny Tinny” NGL
Eitherway they both fit
