Looking closely, there is some flipping for sure. Houses brought in 2020 doubling in price for sake in 2023. Always good to understand the details behind the numbers. Just curious if you have that level of data.

Sarasota is great for wealthy retired married couples...you have to be married...lol...otherwise it's a flat, plastic, manmade town full of tourists who are wealthy retired married couples....lol...Seriously Florida in general not just Sarasota is a flat peace of sand sorrounded by water...most of your time will be inside with the AirConditioner running...and it's just Beaces, Bars and Restaurants. Boring and depressing and down right gloomy...it's so hot here...If you want to escape the monotony of the beaches bars and restaurants, you will have to drive 5 hours out of Florida or fly out.
