Let me share that I make noodles quickly at home. Now I prefer to eat various kinds of noodles for breakfast. Sometimes I make simple hot dry noodles, and sometimes I make noodles mixed with scallion oil. I usually make more noodles at a time, and then pack them and freeze them. Get up, just take it out in the morning and cook it, mix it up, it’s very quick.
In today’s video, I share five noodle recipes:
Alkaline noodles, egg noodles, hand-rolled noodles, spaghetti, pulled noodles, making noodles at home is really easy and the cost is very low. Friends who haven’t tried it yet can give it a try.
recipe:
Alkaline water surface: 2 grams of edible alkali, about 220 grams of water, 5 grams of salt, 500 grams of high-gluten flour
Egg noodles: 500 grams of high-gluten flour, 5 grams of salt, 1 to 2 eggs, appropriate amount of water
Hand-made anhydrous egg noodles: 500g all-purpose flour, 3-5 eggs, 3g salt
Pasta: 100 grams of Duran flour, 200 grams of all-purpose flour, about 3 eggs

期待豌杂面。我还试过蛋白面和蛋黄面,比全蛋面还筋斗!幸福眼泪下次可以试试!(我一般粉水比更大些,大概3:1 接近于乌冬面了)

煮久了肯定不行,吃着不劲道
我广东人家里没压面机用那又小又轻的擀面杖做了几次差点没累死
