Didn’t I go to Zibo for a barbecue last week? This week happened to be the Dragon Boat Festival and all my family members were here. We also planned to have barbecue at home. Then I had nothing to do the day before, so I made some Zibo pancakes for my family to enjoy at home. Also try the taste of Zibo BBQ.
This cookie is really simple and easy to make. It takes no effort. If you like it, you can try it too!
You can make more at one time, divide into portions and freeze for storage. It can be stored for a month.
recipe:
Zibo cookies: 500g flour, 5g dry yeast, 3g salt, 3g sugar, 300g water
The amount of water should be adjusted according to the water absorption of the flour, and the dough should be softer.
