సార్ ఇల్లు కట్టడానికి ఒకసారి మున్సిపాలిటీ పర్మిషన్ తీసుకున్న తర్వాత పరిస్థితులు బాగాలేక ఇల్లు కట్టకుండ ఉండి , రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ లో కుటుంబసభ్యుల పేరు మార్పిడి జరిగితే , ఇల్లు కట్టడానికి మళ్లీ పర్మీషన్ తీసుకోవాలా దయచేసి చెప్పండి సార్ .

భూమి రిజస్టరు చేసే సమయంలో, లేదా కొన్ని రోజులు గడిచిన తరువాత అయినా రిజిష్టార్ గారు మ్యుటేషన్ చేయటం కరెక్ట్. ఇలా రిజిష్టార్ గార్కి భూమి యాజమాన్యపు హక్కులు అమ్మిన వారి నుండి కొన్న వారికి మార్పులు చేయటం రిజిస్టారు గారికి ఇవ్వటం కరెక్ట్. అయితే భూమి రిజస్టరు అయిన తరువాత, హక్కులు అంటే మ్యుటేషన్ చేయటం రెవెన్యూ అధికారులకు ఇవ్వటం వలన లంచాలు విపరీతంగా దోచుకుంటున్నారు.

అసలు ఒక ల్యాండ్ కి సంబంధించి రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసే ముందు ఎవరు ఎవరు సంతకాలు చేయాలి. కనీసం మాకు చెప్పకుండా రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసుకున్నారు.
మా అమ్మమ్మకి కూతురు కొడుకు ఉన్నారు. ఎకరం పొలం వుంది మా అమ్మకి పెళ్ళిలో 30 సంవత్సరాలు క్రితం అర ఎకరం పొలం ఇచ్చారు. ఇంకో అర ఎకరం మా మామయ్య సాగు చేస్తున్నారు. మా మామయ్య మా అమ్మమ్మ చనిపోయారు. మా మామయ్య కొడుకు ఎవరికి చెప్పకుండా మా సంతకాలు లేకుండా కనీసం రూల్స్ పాటించకుండా రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసారు. మా అమ్మకి వాటా ఏమైనా వస్తుందా ఆ అరఎకరంలో తెలపగలరు.

Good morning sir
DKT land ఆంధ్రలో ఉంది అందులో 50% సాగు చేస్తున్నాము. మిగిలిన భూమి చాలా మిట్ట పల్లాలు ఉన్నాయి కనుక ఈ భూమిని పశువుల మేతకు వదిలిపెట్టాము. వదిలిన భూమిని ప్రక్క సర్యే నంబరుకి సంబందించిన వారు మేము పశువుల మేతకు వదిలిన భూమిని మాది అని అడ్డు పడి దానికి false documents చేసి దానిని ఆధారంగా కోర్టుకి చూపి stay order తేవడం జరిగింది. కానీ దీనికి సంబంధించి ఈ భూమి 1970 లో మా నాన్నగారికి D పట్టా ఇచ్చినారు. మా నాన్న గారు 2012 లో చనిపోయిన తర్వాత ఇది మా అమ్మ గారి పై ముటేషన్ 2019 జరిగింది. ఈ పాస్ పుస్తకము పొందినాను. మా అమ్మగారు 2020 లో మరణించారు. అయినప్పటికీ భూమి మా అమ్మగారు పైనే ఉంది. నావద్ద ఈ పాస్ పుస్తకము, original D form, 1 బి, సబ్ డివజన్ map, online లో కూడా మా అమ్మగారి కే ఉంది. అయినప్పికినీ ప్రక్క సర్వే నంబరు గల వ్యక్తి ST కులానికి చందినవారు. కులాన్ని అడ్డు పెట్టకొని భూమి మాది అని fake documents పెట్టి high court నుంచి stay order తెచ్చి problem చేస్తుండారు. దీనికి మీ సలహాలు ఇవ్వండి. నేను ఏమి చేయాలి.

ఆంద్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం పట్టా భూమిలో అసైన్‌మెంట్ భూమిగా పట్టా ఇచ్చిందని, ఈ విషయం మధ్యలో కోర్టుకు వెళ్లగా, కోర్టు ప్రభుత్వం తప్పుగా పట్టా ఇచ్చింది.అని ఆర్డర్ ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది. తహసీల్దార్ కలువగా పట్టా cancel చేయవచ్చా చెప్పండి.
