You have to lock the crankshaft as well because the bottom pulley is "floating", there is a hole at the back of the engine towards the flywheel. The hole in the engine is 30mm, but the hole in the flywheel is only about 9.3mm, so you have to turn a shaft down. The 30mm part should be max 25mm long, and the 9.3mm should be about 15mm long.
