I watch and have been helped by many of your videos. Usually the volume is consistently strong which I need. However, this one was not and it was impossible to hear everything you said. Please keep up the quality of your video volume because I find great value in them.

Hello got arthroscopic surgery 4 months ago and walking with knocked knees started to do your knock knees excises and feel just soreness no pain is that a good sign my legs are strengthening because I'm scared I'm going to hurt myself
