Burpees/sprints go together nicely and headstands and neck rotations after add a meditative warm down
rings; working on and seeing some improvement with shoulder stand.
ground movement, working bridges, cartwheels and types of elbow lever/baby freeze

Yes! I used this song to make a beat about 20 years ago, lololol. Really strong work here HG. Rings and stands are super awesome. Rocking chairs and lunges, leg flogging. You know what the Cobham solo album needed??? Freakin Alan Holdsworth man. Someone to shut Jan Hammer the heck up. Great session brother.
Yeah the stands have really responded well to regular attention! I suppose the musicians on that level have their pick (and a hard time choosing) from a plethora of talent! (And personalities)

Sounds good, and Italian rain is probably nicer than Norse or UK drizzle

Hehe intercostal gainz? I've read how diaphragmatic breathing can help with lower back pain , I'm trying to do more soft training too, making time for taiji and breathing and slow soft movement

Lots of great work here. Headstands are looking just about perfect! Tried any of those 3 minute run efforts recently?
Thanks Duncan. The headstands definitely improving with regular practice... Unfortunately people say there's no carry over to handstands, and so far that's true for me; no improvement there, soon as the base of support is just hands ... Terrible.... I haven't done more than the 50m sprints last month usually one session a week, but next cool day I'll try and remember to do a 3 minute fast effort 👍 in the unusual position right now of considering heat in a session!
