  • Time to detoxify those hair strands. Every 1-2 weeks you should be adding in a cleansing clay mask treatment using Moroccan rhassoul clay.
    I absolutely love this clay because it's mineral rich, is cleansing due to it's natural saponins and will not strip the natural oils from your hair.
    It even can be used as a face and body mask which is quite often traditional done by the Moroccan women in their weekly hammam (spa) rituals.
    Detox Hair Recipe:
    (enough for shoulder length hair)
    -50-75 grams of organic rhassoul powder
    -1 tsp organic aloe vera powder
    -1 tsp organic amla powder
    -1 tsp organic hibiscus petal powder
    Place all of these ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
    Once combined then slowly add warm to hot distilled water. Add as needed as the clay absorbs liquid quickly but don't add too much to make a very runny paste. The consistency should be like what you see in the video.
    If it does get too thin, add more powder or clay to slightly thicken.
    You can apply this onto your hair in the shower, ideally, as it'll be easier to manage this treatment since it can drip easily. Leave it on your hair 5-10 minutes and then rinse out.
    If you have leftovers you can place it in the fridge but only for a few days. Since water has been added it can now attract mold so ideally it's best to mix only enough for your hair per treatment.
    You can also use any extra to your face. Leave this on 5-10 minutes and wash off.
    Once done moisturize with our Organic Argan Oil. Allow to air dry if possible. Style as usual.
    This treatment can be repeated every 2-3 weeks or even weekly if desired.

    I did this mask last night and it's truly a Blessing to the scalp! I have used bentonite clay as well as Rhassoul clay in the past, and they both made my scalp itch like crazy in the back of my head, but not this time!! The Rhassiul clay makes my hair feel so soft and makes it so much more manageable, which I why I hated that my scalp itched so bad, but after adding the additional ingredients from this recipe, I have NO itching. I love it! I plan on doing it weekly, only alternating with shampoo every now and then, or maybe the mask bi-weekly and shampoo as the alternate, either way, this recipe is definitely in the rotation!! Thank you Henna Sooq!!

    You guys have the best sales. I just ordered the rhassoul mask and the coconut conditioner plus some other stuff. I have used bentonite clay for hair but more of a rinse because it is very drying.

    I'm in lovvvve with this clay...doing weekly hair masks. my skin just loves it!!!! I have a pack of fenugreek [=Hilbe] powder. can I make a mask only of these two? clay-fenugreek?

      @@HennaSooq I've tried today mixing fenugreek&clay...not such a good idea..the fenugreek swells up like crazy, soaking the water from the clay..(or maybe I still need to play with the portions)...so, fenugreek is not suitable for this. However, it is a super food, and I do recomend it as daily teaspoon in a cup of milk/yogurt dairy or non dairy, with a sweetner of choice.

    • @HennaSooq
      @HennaSooq  5 років тому

      Great tips! So even with more liquid you don't think fenugreek and the clay could work well together at all?

    • @hagitholtzman
      @hagitholtzman 5 років тому +2

      @@HennaSooq the clay with fenugreek looked more like a well saturated soil ready for planting..for this mixture, i think the fenugreek water/tea maybe right. like in using aloe juice or floral water etc. Anyway, I'll sure make the clay&powders mask shown in the video above. Thanks And blessed be nature

    Whenever I do the henna and indigo 2 step process, the black dye doesn't last long. it only last two weeks. what am i doing wrong? I'm looking to cover grays

    • @HennaSooq
      @HennaSooq  5 років тому

      Hi! Do you feel your hair is growing really quickly? Or does it really just fade away? Do you add indigo to your first step with henna to give it a darker base? Or in general when it fades, is the red of the henna still there?

    • @wlacroix10
      @wlacroix10 5 років тому +2

      @@HennaSooq I don''t think my hair is growing quickly. It just fade the color and the gray starts seeping through and a hint of red will be visible. I do not add indigo to the henna. i do the henna first let it sit and apply and then apply indigo.
