Love it. Very similar to my breakfast accept I’m not doing 9 whole eggs. I’ll do 2 whole eggs and 6 egg whites. Plus the same veggies you use. Keep up the great content.

I call my butcher chicken is 2.89 a pound and breast chunks are 89cents a pound I bought 20$ worth of chunks trim the white fat at home eat it airfried with salt free seasoning some veggies n lentils healthy meal n I weigh 8 to 9 ounces put em in baggies the breast chunks freeze em n take em up when I eat em same meals n a green plant based shake every morning …I love using Greek yogurt sauce for chicken …

Cook rice and veggies same time.
Crack and beat eggs, and set aside. When veggies are half cooked, start the eggs.
Never let eggs finish completely over heat. Turn off heat and let it finish as to keep them moist. Salt and pepper.

This is what Sam needs to learn to do. As Fouad said you can burn out easily when you can’t cook and everything is bland. Sam hasn’t really done a true contest prep and this kind of knowledge will make or break him. Teach him Fouad!

I think it’s cool how you’re like leading by example and not like forcing this on Sam but just kind of letting him know indirectly that meal prep is important in body building
