my God, I have ran 6 relays trying to make everything work, now I have a 12 pod plus 6 switches, and I hate the way they look. Finally my unit failed after little less than a year waiting on tech support for help, thanks for the information, I know this video is a couple of months old but the information is greatly appreciated.
Having the acc wire is the biggest thing I was after in these switch panels. when the panel is wired with the acc, does it maintain a memory? Or do you have to turn the panel and/or the output back on, too? I like to keep my roof light bar to always come on with my high beam, but with the current setup, I need to turn it back on at the panel every time I start the car.
Thanks for the review. I've been looking at various 8 Gang switch panels for my camper van. After seeing this I did an impulse purchase on the 12 gang panel. I hope they toss a few coins your way. FWI: The music you inserted is WAY louder than the rest of the video. I'm a headphone used and that was painful. Great content though.
It's a common ground, so only need to have one ground connection and two positive inputs, just wire the two inputs to two outputs of the mictuning control box,
Love your content mate. You have built it strong and drive it hard! I have the Auxbeam 6 gang version of this but I’d love this one. I’m not sure if I can buy it here in Australia though. Cheers from Tasmania.
@@mountaincrawlers8 do you sell them? Or know anyone who sells anything like them? All options suck and this is the first time I seen this kind of set up
@@deadspeed6679 there’s a dude on Facebook that was making this same style and he sells them. Can’t remember his name though. I just kind of copied his design. Don’t plan on selling them though as I don’t want to steal from his business.

Good changes from Mic. One further suggestion. Nuts that are going to be hard to get to like the switch/fuse bracker should have capture nuts.

That is for updating us man. Ima buy a panel now
If im not running an accessory wire, does the led stay on when the panel is off?
I’m confused on the ACC switch. So do you need to hook that up to a different source or you just flip the switch and you’re good?

Sorry it’s hard to make the music work right for every device. My music tends to be too quiet for tv viewers and too loud for headphones.
How did you hook up the pods with just the 3 wires?
I would expect the separate power wires with the earth wire jumped between the 2 required terminals
Any idea if the control panel is rotated 90 degrees will the stickers still line up? the buttons look more rectangular than square.
Stickers won’t line up the panel is intended to be horizontal
thanks for sharing!
wish you would have shown how to wire up the 3 wires on the S1 pods to the 12 game switch to separate the 2 with just the 1 ground

appreciate the support from down under! It definitely is a nice switch panel. Might be worth looking into if it can be shipped your way or not.
I have stumbled across them on Amazon au. Around $160au...
Where did you get the pod mounts ?
I made them

@@deadspeed6679 I’d be happy to make a short vid on how they bolt up so if you want you could make your own.
If only the strobe mode can have more flash patterns. Instead of the slow flash mode.
I get that but maybe voice your opinion to them and they can make some changes.
Agree with the strobe. It’s too slow. I hope they fix that option. Really like the quality and price.
