This woman offcer would benefit from using the policy employed by famous New York Mayor Giuliani, which cocnentrated on confronting low grade crime, seen as the soil from which worse crime grew and flourished. My genuine heartfelt feelings go out to British citizens in this area where NO POLICING EXISTS. What makes me vomit is that we, the taxpayer, pay these useless buggers their wages. Now, if upon hearing this mentally deficient drivel from this unchief Constable, the ‘home secretary’ instructed it to meet in London to personally sack it, I would be mightily impressed.
If no policing existed, Sarah Everard would still be alive. PC Carrick's hundreds of victims would be un-raped. Police do more harm than good - they cost a lot of money, and the net effect is a less safe society. Much of the danger to the public is caused by police themselves - they are evil, subhuman scum. If they don't start out as violent rapists and sociopaths, then they soon become rapists or cover up rape by their colleagues, celebrating them on their whatsapp groups with nicknames like "the rapist".
I despair for our country. I genuinely want to know what can be done about these governments and authorities that continuously ignore and betray the indigenous people of Britain. Next election there is no way I will possibly vote for Con, Lab or Lib but will enough other people make their votes heard or just stick with the same old ineffectual parties?
Women in command of these police forces, armies and businesses in general, have no idea what their jobs really entail instead they cannot look past themselves and what they want to see happen in some Kum ba yah idealistic society. Women don’t hav the honesty or integrity to point a finger and say “that’s what a wrong” and do something about it. Sorting through problems with emotions is a terrible idea and it’s all these diversity hires and tokens know. If your project starts with “I feel” or blaming mistakes on a huge swath of your fellow workers (without indelible evidence) I think it’s building on sand with no foundation, liable to collapse at the first sign of trouble.
Exactly. Putting women and feminine men in charge of typically male/masculine jobs always ends in this nonsense. Even in media. Look at current action movies produced under women. They lean more into comedy and identity politics pushing ''the message''. They don't understand the action genre.
I don't agree that women don't have the honesty or integrity, but that does often seem to be the case with those women chosen to do this job. 'Strange looking woman' was quoted in the video, and this does seem to be a popular theme amongst many police chief constables these days.
I don't think there's anything idealistic about women police chiefs. And police officers in general, I think, are right-wing, very working class and have a rough and ready, unenlightened, approach - quite the opposite to woke.
When vandals pulled down the statue of the merchant philanthropist,Edward Colston, three years ago the wife of David Olusoga thanked the Deputy Chief Constable of Avon and Somerset Police for all their help. Two days later a pre-prepared statue of a black female activist raising her fist in a M*rxist salute was raised on the plinth. This was done under cover of darkness and the Police stopped traffic to allow the lorry and crane proper access.
What the hell is going on….i had no idea police were involved in stopping traffic and wondered where that black communist women appeared from and why she thought she should be in a plinth, who are these people!??
There was a time when a Chief Constable commanded the respect of their officers and the public. In effect a leader. Most of them that appear in the media do not measure up at all. It must sap the morale of the many good hard working professional Police men and women we do have. They are kept in the background.

Unfortunately, in life, I’ve had my home burgled and the same happened to my own office twice in one week, that was ransacked. I have had the sadness of losing someone close in awful circumstances and my car has been crashed into twice by other drivers. During each event, I was put at rest by the kindness of each of the Policemen involved in each separate event. They were all sympathetic and helpful. I was shown great patience when attending the Police Station to make a Statement and was shown care when upset. Also, at the strange environment of the Coroners Court and at the Inquest, the attending Police Officer explained the process and made sure I was able to cope. During each of these experiences, the Officer/s concerned made a horrible experience bearable. So, actually, there still ARE plenty of ‘proper Coppers’ about thank goodness.

I joined the police force ( not service as it is now called) in the early 1970’s and during training we were required to learn definitions that applied to the laws we were expected to uphold. One of those definitions was that of a Constable. It began “A Constable is a citizen, locally appointed but having authority under the crown for the protection of life and property, the prevention of crime….” And it went on. The police already have the tools and the laws with which to do the job but they are repeatedly being hampered by having virtue signalling, woke senior officers, most of whom are female, constantly banging on about racism and misogyny. Not only the police. All major British institutions have gone insane. They've all been captured and have become hideously and bizarrely transformed. A mockery of what they should be. A humourless parody.
Interesting to see how many years spent on outside Police duties, on shift, attending calls, compared to those on inside roles while being groomed for Senior Officer posts under the positive discrimination rules of engagement.
More importanty - how many crimes has she herself committed, and how many crimes by her colleagues has she covered up? Has she ever reported, arrested, charged and convicted any of her colleagues, ever, in her entire career? No. They are stinking pig rapist scum. They are animals. They cause more harm than good, and cost more than they save. We don't need them. It's another Victorian invention that has outlived its usefullness, and probably was never required in the first place.
It's laughable. We have so many people who blame 'the patriarchy' for our problems, and think that a matriarchy would solve everything. This is the result. Many of our most important institutions will become unfit for purpose. The Nanny State and the Devouring Mother will create swathes of useless victims. This is toxic femininity.

"Populist" is a strange word. What does it mean? What this country needs is a party that is (a) national and (b) socialist. Ad a) Putting Britain first. Ad b) An economy that works for ordinary people (as opposed to speculators).
I remember an ad campaign on TV back in the 1970's where the police were advising the public that if they the house occupiers were going to be away for some time like going on holiday, to advise the police of this so the local force could keep a watchful eye on your premises in case of unlawful entry. A brother of mine who was living in the London area at the time commented that to heed this advise would be a sure fire way of having your home "unlawfully" entered.
The Met. kept a locally based unattended premises register for such use, with the Crime Prevention Officer available at police stations available for pursuing and promoting the service to interested parties. As a serving street duty officer during that time I was aware of it and its use in keeping an eye on various properties during my patrol work on foot and on wheels. The sly comment referred to here from a "brother" is typical of the "all coppers are bastards" attitude that could be met then - and since from what I can see!! But we lived with it and still had our successes doing our job.
Solving a crime, finding evidence and a suspect is a lot of hard work and takes a lot of time and may ultimately be a fruitless endeavor, even with cameras pointing every which way. Far easier to be successful as a police force if you create pretend problems and then set targets to tackle those problems which in all likelihood will be easily achieved as nothing really needs to be done in the first place. Pats on the back all round, a few promotions and every four foot nothing young new plod gets to feel like they've made a difference.
I live in "Avon & Somerset" & had my motorcycle nicked in Bristol, but they'd only moved it to an alley (& disabled it) to pick it up later so I was able to get it and store it until I could get it fixed. Luckily a nearby building had cctv, & shared it with the police. It was apparently very clear imagery. I wasn't allowed to see it apparently, due to privacy laws. I believe the alley was actually public highway, being as it is with a street name. The police disnt have time to go through he cctv footage, but the nice chap at the other office building had done that already, and I would've been happy to help anyway. Did they bother doing any more? Of course not. They are "overstretched". The next day "extinction rebellion" parked a boat on Bristol bridge, and had protest in the park. All very middle class and unthreatening, but a huge police presence (to protect XR no doubt). The cops were all in good spirits, having a nice time. Must be nice to be able to choose only the easy jobs to do. Anyway, the "dark skinned man" who cost me time, stress and repair money, and my way of getting to work for a while got off scott free. So at least there was a happy ending
Make a Subject Access Request under DPA 2018 for all your personal information to the CCTV owners and police if they copied it to them. You will be denied it, so you will have to escalate to the ICO. The ICO will do nothing except to advise you to get an order under DPA 2018 section 94 (10) which is a relatively simple matter, and you can sue them under s.168 for damages in lieu if they deny the CCTV exists.

Sarah Crew, just like many other 'blind to the fact fantasists' is EVERYTHING that this country can do without, and no doubt appointed by some pathetic box ticking exercise! I hope she finds herself part of some ironic scandal and is thrown out of her undeserved job asap!
The public can play "Guess the Ethnicity" after every violent crime and be 99% correct in their assumptions, yet the police can't seem to to that, otherwise they might be deemed as racist. There are actual experts who make a living out of "Profiling", where they can take all the facts gathered around a certain crime, then describe the type of person the police should be looking for. I assume these profilers are out of a job now.
It's even simpler than that in an awful lot of cases such as stalking, child abuse murder excetra all the Police have to do these days is look in the mirror and arrest the person looking back at them.

The feminisation of a society ends in its demise.

A brother of mine who was living in the London area at the time commented that to heed this advise would be a sure fire way of having your home "unlawfully" entered.
The Met. kept a locally based unattended premises register for such use, with the Crime Prevention
