This recipe looks so delicious and easy ! Thanks for making these kinds of dishes. They’re great for a quick family meal. Can flour be added to make it a bit firmer, or would it change the taste and texture? Also, if I can’t find the crab sticks, can the imitation crab chunks do as well?

From my waterfront condo here in Sooke Harbour BC, I watch our local crab fishermen run their traps daily. A whole Dungeness crab sells in the shell, off the boat, for CAD$16/lb. BC Dungeness Crab Meat, cleaned and de-shelled, costs CAD$66/lb. !! Out of respect for these professional crabbers, I prefer to call this tasty, convenient, healthy & versatile product "Alaskan Pollock Surimi" (which it is), rather than "Imitation Crab". Current Surimi supermarket price is CAD$ 6.77/lb., which, thanks to recent inflation, is double what it used to be. :-) Bon appetit and thanks for the Korean Crab Jeon recipe idea, Chef Julie
