I was surprised you did not mention Squigle brand at all. Can you check it out and see if you think it's ingredients are good? We switched to it years ago due to my SLS allergy that developed and my teeth and mouth seem healthier overall. The dentists we've been to have always made comments about how good my oral hygiene is and how clean my teeth are. Cleaning appointments are ridiculously fast for me these days.

What about the best toothbrush? GUM? Also, i started using David's with hydroxyapatite toothpaste. Morning is David's and the evening is Colgate fluoride.
I do like Boka as a toothpaste for people who cannot or choose not to use fluoride because it has hydroxyapatite (HA), which contains the same minerals as teeth and therefore helps to remineralize enamel the same way fluoride does. I don't know enough about the silver toothpastes to comment, but they mostly seem to contain HA as well.
Hello! Thank you for your videos. My bite is off. My bottom front teeth hit my top front teeth and my molars do not touch. My dentist said I have posterior disk displacement. I have NO pain at all. I went and saw an orthodontist and he said I need braces. I am 53 and in menopause. Could menopause caused my teeth to shift? Should I see a TMJ specialist or get braces? 😁

Hello mam i had upper respiratory infection after that i started experiencing throbbing headaches that radiates neck to head my CT mRI all are normal recently i feel jaw tightness too i visit too many neurologist & pain departments but i have no relief please if you have nay diagnosis or you feel i have TMJ disorder please reply Thankyou 😊

In my experience, the absolute best? Crest Complete with Scope. AquaFresh is probably the worst, and has only ever given me a dry, tacky mouth.
I LOVE the taste of Crest Complete with Scope but my favorite (ingredients wise) is still Hello!
