Am I ever glad I found you, been suffering for years and really didn't corelate until today that my tinnitis and Vertigo and neck pain could be related to this. So I'm going to get on top of this with all of your dos and don'ts and I'm so grateful. There's no one online helping as thoroughly pleasantly as you.

I just tried all your amazing exercises in this video and I could feel the pressure and inflammation open my ear. I will be watching this video daily cause I felt major relief. Thank You so much. ❤

I am an osteopathic physician and have to agree with the rest. This is an excellent video and resource. Thank you for sharing this wisdom. I recently had my lower wisdom tooth extracted and it was very painful leading to
two days of lockjaw. I was feeling very panicked and discouraged. I’m now still waking up with my jaw locked and I must stretch it out but hoping your exercises and dos can help me get back to my baseline prior to my surgery. Blessings. Thank you.

    Dear Priya,
thank you so much for the video! I know you don't give medical advice on youtube, but I still wanted to hear your opinion as my case seems to be a bit of a borderline case as I have already spoken to a considerable number of specialists who couldn't really help me:
    Back Story:
I have been suffering from tinnitus (unilateral) for about 3 months. I fell asleep with my airpods pro on low volume (20%) - Woke up because of a nightmare after falling alseep for 2h and suddenly had tinnitus. I have already had all sorts of tests and treatments done by my ENT specialist (and consulted many doctors), but there is no obvious medical cause for the underlying tinnitus.
In total the tinnitus already dissapeared in total 3 times already in the morning but came back after 2-4 min unfortunately.
About 8 weeks ago, in addition to my normal tinnitus, I also got a pullsatile tinnitus that happened to be on the left side of my face. Long story short, 2 weeks ago I was finally diagnosed with some sort of tmj/tmd issue on the left side (via MRI/MRT). Other symptoms: slight jaw popping, headaches, extremely strong massetar muscle. Sometimes dizziness after eating etc.
I have had tremendous stress in the last 12 months (not work related but physiological - 3 medical problems in total including a septum plastic surgery).
    My current plan forward:
I have already spoken to a very recognized specialist in this field and he told me that he treated a similar case to mine and was successful with physiotherapy (basically the exercises you showed) + meditation/yoga + a CMD bite guard. But it took about 6-12 months to get significant relief.
I have already tried yoga+meditation a couple of times and i worked really well.
    Now to my question:
Have you ever had a case similar to mine where a patient had tinnitus and TMJD ? If so, could you share your experience on treating such a complex issue?

Lately I have awakened in the middle of the night & found myself sleeping on my back with my mouth open & very dry which is very unusual as I am a side sleeper. Not sure how to prevent myself from doing that, but I will try to remember to do the self massage & stretches & hope for the best. Is there evver a chance for your slipped and folded discs to return to the jaw without surgical intervention? I've begun seeing an osteopath to release the pain in my face, neck and shoulders because I'm so seized... She works that pterygoid muscle like a pro and while it does hurt, it feels better long term. Getting tested for sleep apnea and maybe getting a dental piece to help grinding. Some days I wonder if I'll live every day in constant pain. Sometimes I really feel hopeless and like no one understands how much this effects me every day

Hi doc, i suspected to have tmj , i visited my dentist and she said that i have a horizontally impacted tooth and suggested to extract my 2nd mollar bec. It is also partially infected and most of all she said it is easier to extract the wisdom tooth if the adjacent tooth will be remove.. so she extracted the second mollar and im on my 2 weeks recovery, she also said that if the pain in my jaw, head, neck, shoulder, gum and teeth dissappear we will proceed into treating of the wisdom tooth but if not she will extract the wisdom tooth,.. Is its safe Doc to extract the wisdom tooth even their is still few pain on my head neck jaw and gums??? Is is safe now to extract the wisdom tooth?? What are your suggestions doc.😢😢pls response🙏

I’m sorry but I don’t feel comfortable making recommendations on your specific treatment over the internet and without examining you.

I hope you didn't allow to extract your health tooth! Just keep calm and find conservative treatment for your issue. I hope you have had a consultation from the author of this channel (Is it so?)

I really can't tell you if that's normal over the internet and without seeing the fit of the splint in your mouth. Sorry. I'd recommend reaching out to the provider who made the splint for you.
