I believe now that they didn't get enough water (although they never appeared under watered) and nutrients AND - I started my dahlias late here in upper NY state. I have a bushy plant though I I didn't prune and I fertilized as u said and prepared the same potting mix as yours but I didn't repot it twice. Will it give many blooms? Or it will produce a few flowers.

Hello there😀 I am new to flower gardening here in South Carolina US. In NY Long Island where I am from, the soil is rich and will grow anything but in SC it is not. It’s light brown, mostly clay where I live and very hot summers. I have some shade but a lot of sun! I think I should instead use containers. What would be the best flowers for me to grow in abundance? I love carnations very much but you say not too much heat😕 Can you help me??☺️
You can...only thing is, it might take some extra time to produce more buds again. As you have grown from the seeds, those would be Dwarf variety..Taller verities are usually grown from tubers. Thank you!
@Lalsy K.K., Thank you very much :-) Adenium is outdoor plant and it would need minimum 6 hours of direct sunlight to bloom well. Potting Soil Mix - Sand + Gravel - 35%, Vermicompost - 30%, Normal Garden Soil - 35%. You can also use Wood Charcoal instead of sand + gravel. Basically, it needs soil that is similar to desert. Shouldn't hold the water for longer time. Thank you :-)

It would be really helpful if you noted both grams and teaspoons for each type of fertilizer as you did for the bone meal. Switching from grams to teaspoons and back, with the other types, makes it more challenging.

for my north americans use Gaia Green. I have it. It has all the ingredients he mentioned except mustard cake. I use Power bloom

After they bloom,should we cut their flowers? bcoz in my chrysanthemum there are so many ants on the flower and destroying them.
@Priyanshi Jaiswal, Yeah, we can deadhead them and it's a good practice. If there are ants on your plants, chances is there are pest like Aphids. Anyway, we can deadhead Chrysanthemum as well. Wishing Happy Pongal or Sankranti to you and your family :-)

@shravya shivananjappa, Mostly I use Neem Oil but if it doesn't work, I need to apply Chemical like - Rogor or Roket (1ml in 1 liter water is enough). I didn't get any pest issues on my plants though...thank you for watching the video and I would appreciate if you don't call me sir :-)
