A beautifully presented video full of information but without distracting chat and the worst intrusion of all, background music. This is a true gardeners' world, step by step through a year. Just as my grandpa encouraged me to learn in his greenhouse and magical garden. Thank you for this quiet, restorative video so full of interest and detail.

The absence of sound was a surprise but it made concentrating on the activity much more intense. Great idea. You have made a wonderful video here, without the showbiz chatter. I am definitely inspired to grow more of these beautiful plants. Your garden is a slice of heaven on earth. Thank you so much for teaching us about a year in your paradise.

I have watched this video I think a million times and have told a million people to watch it also lol . It was my inspiration for my FIRST dahlia garden last yr 2017 and I shared the flowers with so many people for different reasons like funerals, weddings, gifts, etc. and they loved it. Learned a lot but I lost most of the tubers in the winter because I dried them out to much before storing. My bucket list would include visiting you and your garden to tell you personally how you have blessed my life when I needed it most. I am growing them again this yr. Hubby even made me a Texas Prepper Utube video greenhouse with added potting table because I liked yours so well and the house is way less messy. I need to know now how to start them better so I don't get so many shoots coming up. I break off all except one like I see in you pots. I hope that is the right thing to do. Also pruning them in the summer was hard for me to learn to do . I need help there if you can give me ideas. Thank-you so much for this video, please help me if you can. I know you must be very busy now.

That was very helpful. I'm growing my first dahlia (singular). I put a set of tubers in the ground for fun, but didn't think it was going to grow at all, as I had heard that Dahlias are quite difficult to even get to grow at all. Now it has just started showing above the ground. I got a bit panicky, realising I didn't know how to properly care for it. Your video has shown me all I need to know! I will refer to it througout the year. Lets hope I can keep mine alive and comfortable. Thank you so much and congratulations on the spectacular garden!

I'm starting small with 10 plants. UPDATE : This season 2019 I divided plants from my original 10 and got well over 50. Neighbors love my flower beds and so do i. Also my 4 year old peonies decided to finally bloom. Thanks for the inspiration and all your tips.
