I've had the Tank 300 petrol ultra for a year now, It's one of the best cars I've ever driven. The downside is the fuel consumption and the ELK keeps turning on everytime I get into the car (which I understand is a feautre in all new cars). The indicator stock can be annoying at first but you get a feel for it after while. With regards to quality my right rear tyre pressure keeps decreasing slightly faster than the other tyres. Not sure if it's a GWM thing or a tyre thing, haven't had time tot get it checked out as I live in remote WA. Early on I had some rocks lodged from trucks crack the top surface of my windshiled. Had it replaced with RAC. As for everything else it's been perfect. I've done over 15K and most of it is long distance on crappy country roads with some city driving and beach dune off roading. It's extremely smooth, extremely comfortable and enjoy getting in everytime. It's my meditation machine. Happy with my purchase so far. Will update this comment in another year.

the success of Tank 300 (yes it is already achieved through 200,000+ sales in China over less than 3 years) laid its foundation on proper market positioning. It is a perfect choice for those occasional-offroading people who also need its ride to be decent as a daily.

Ah bigotry. Bigotry is the thing that stops you from buying this while the device you used to write this comment on was made in China.

China 🇨🇳 political policies not for me.
I'll keep with the TOYOTA, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Ford, and Jeep offerings from countries who have human rights policies.

Iraq WMD 1 million killed. Children in Afghanistan with throats slit. China is so vastly better at human rights but less good at indoctrinating morons screaming about what ever Washington tells them.

      Yeah, we'll see.
This is a true 4WD offering directly from the factory floor.
Put decent rubber on it, that'll be about the only required mod to play seriously off road.
One owner already on UA-cam has trialled 35's but actually fitting 34" rubber to his.
      That will be a weapon.
GWM is truly out classing the more renowned recognised vehicle manufacturers.
I think their reputation is now credible. Too many impressed owners out there now detracting from your summarisation the product as rubbish.

Just a 4x4 monster truck for drag racing though it's not a Bronco it has fake headlamps, so get on a bus 🚌or trolleybus🚎 as cheap and safe public transport which saves you money from gas and repairs.
