It was when Meredith mentioned Maggie and Amelia Lexi's expression changed. The ease of the relationship between Maggie, Amelia and Meredith. While Meredith loved Lexi she struggled with the whole 'sister' thing and 'family'
Lexi's expression became more wistful. This could have been her life too, had she more time.
Lexi was the original sister yet, she's rarely mentioned anymore.

@@deniselau3641 she’s in Vancouver, the problem is not because she’s stuck, she can come back to the US, but once she’s already in US, she can’t come back to Canada (where she is filming supergirl) because of Canada’s pandemic rules

When she touched I thought either mer is getting ready to die or to wake I started crying cause either way would be sad and beautiful but then I saw the new episodes trailer and I was happy

Hell he was with the opthalmologist even when they died.........True we were all rooting for them coz of the chemistry between the actors but they had a horrible love life.

lexie was on the swing for a short time and then went down, but meredith kept going, and lexie helped push her, this scene is much deeper than it seems, I think it metaphorically represents the length of their lives, this is just amazing

I was very surprised to see Chyler Leigh return to Grey's this season, as she's been busy filming the final season of Supergirl in Vancouver. But as I suspected, her return was done via green screen. Since Vancouver has a strict quarantine process, it would've been extremely difficult to have her physically be on the same set with Ellen Pompeo and then go back to Vancouver. Eric Dane on the other hand, did film his scenes with Ellen on the same set

I really wish Lexie would have survived to meet Maggie. The two of them running around being Meredith’s awkward sisters would have been fun.
When Lexie started to push Mer, I got so scared because I thought it meant that she was dying, then I realized what Lexie was doing. She was having her think of the happy things because Lexie wanted mer to live! It was sorrowful because she loves Mer and misses her but knows that she needed to go back!
And Mer's status started to get better throughout the episode and she was finally able to get off the vent, Lexie came to her to help her live 😭
If Cristina comes back just for one episode, that would complete this season for me 🙏🏾❤ I hope Sandra Oh changes her mind.
They mentioned her a bit too much these past few episodes, so it feels like foreshadowing to me
@@kevinsam3078 lol I always felt that if they start mentioning a actor that once died or left the show. Then most likely planning on making a cameo. Because I always felt like they try to stay away from talking about actors that left the show so it doesn’t bring up old feelings for fans.

I think Chyler Leigh's years playing the sister to Supergirl has really helped to maintain that character of Lexie, I wouldn't have been able to tell you she hadn't been on the show for 8+ years

This was the best episode this season! It’s honestly been since maybe season 12 that you actually care about the patients and what happens to them. The mother daughter storyline was so good! That’s a huge factor other than the cast that made the original so special and what’s been missing for so long.
I know nobody truly knows what the afterlife will be, but for some reason watching this is so soothing and makes the idea of death not so terrifying. I wish we all see our loved ones on a beach ❤️
I missed lexie so so so bad. She was kind, humble, loving and the list goes on💔
All these beach scenes are like such a great present that I just can’t 💔 love it and miss the “old” Grey’s Anatomy so much

This show was over for me when Lexie died, I think I never cried so much watching a show before and until today I never got over it, I kept watching it until the tenth season I think, but it wasn't the same thing anymore, so when April left too I just gave up on the show. But this video warmed my whole heart and makes me want to cry. Lexie is still one of my favorite characters of all time.

At first I was mad at this whole scenario of Mer being out of it while everyone was around her was in the depths of insanity with covid but then something struck me and struck me hard. To everyone that’s feels the loss of losing someone, watching Mer’s interaction to those that went before her even DeLuca which I’m not over yet, does it not bring you some solace and peace that they’re happy on the other side? It’s helped me immensely knowing this is my belief that when the body and soul separate those that leave us are at peace and happiness abounds where we can’t see. God bless all
