RECIPES FOR THE MEAL PREP
Curried Chopped Salad
For the quinoa
1/2 cup quinoa, dry
For the salad
1 x 15 oz can chickpeas
1/2 red bell pepper
2 medium carrots
1 cup red cabbage
2 scallions
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
2 handful fresh kale
Curry & Tahini Dressing
For the curry dressing
1 garlic cloves
3 tbsp peanut butter, unsweetened
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp tamari sauce
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
For the tahini dressing
3 tbsp tahini, unsweetened
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp maple syrup
Miso Marinated Tofu
For the marinade
1 garlic cloves
2 tbsp white miso paste
1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp tamari sauce
For the tofu
7 oz tofu, firm
Creamy Cashew Pudding
For the mylk
1/2 cup cashew nuts, raw
1 1/2 cup water
4 medjool dates
1/2 tsp cardamom, ground
1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground
For the pudding
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
Oat Bliss Bars
For the topping
2 oz dark vegan chocolate
For the bars
1 cup medjool dates
4 tbsp peanut butter, unsweetened
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup almonds, raw

i love how you show us exactly what and how to prep it and it's even helpful to see what containers youre storing stuff in. I love the marinated tofu in a jar. it saves so much space than a flat storage container.

So i have been a subscriber of another plant based subscription for the past few years and i cannot compain at all. However i accidentally discovered Alexandra over the past few weeks, loveee her vids, the beautiful plating of her food, tried a few free receipes 😋😋🤤 and now subscribeed to her app and will be trying this challenge 🤗 i think my only worry is the portion size for my bf, but let's see how it goes this time and then we can tweak accordingly. Alexandra if you read this- you have inspired me greatly and i am looking to your videos and recipes for inspiration while we navigate some pregnancy difficulties. My husband and I have been plant based for a couple of years now, but from time to time we get into a rut of eating the same old meals. So glad that I found your channel and your recipes. I recently purchased access to your app, and I must say it's the best decision I've made. The meals are not only easy but also satisfying. I've tried various apps recommended by fitness UA-camrs, but none of them compare to the aesthetic appeal of yours. Perhaps it's just my experience, but I can confidently say I enjoy every meal, a rarity with other apps. Even my non-cooking boyfriend can effortlessly prepare and relish these recipes.

I lift, do Pilates, and I often want to fuel my workouts with more protein (without having to drink protein shakes too often). So if you, like me, want a bit more protein in these recipes here are a couple of ways I got more protein into some of these recipes by just adding one thing:
1. Add shredded tempeh to the chili
2. Add edamame protein puffs to the oat bars
3. Replace regular granola with equal parts edamame puffs and grape nuts (crunchy and delicious)
I loooove this video - too. It's always inspiring me, how easily you cook, or organise mealplans and mealpreps. I feel after wathcing this: i can do it too🫶💚

Thank you 🙏🏽 I cooked a lot without oil when starting eating plant based around 7 years ago.. in 7 years you change a lot (including me) so there are two reasons, 1: I don't like the mindset of all or nothing, some oil here and there won't do harm. 2: it brings out the flavor more :)
Hi, I have 2 days left of my detox and downloaded your app to continue eating healthy post detox. What peanut butter do you use as it is runny/pours. I buy an organic butter which is nothing added but nuts and is quite firm (I am in the UK). Thank you for your inspiration.

Is there something I can use in place of the sesame seed paste?
Any nut butter would work fine. For the dressing I would use peanut butter and lime instead of lemon juice :)

Hi Alexandra, I really like your recipes, but I have a problem preparing this overnight oats recipe... with one cup of rolled oats and 4 cups of cashew plant milk, the consistency is almost liquid. I had to almost double the amount of rolled oats to look like yours 🤔. What did I miss :)? Thank you!
Did you blend cashews into a milk or used store bought? For one cup oats and 4 tbsp chia seeds it should be 1 cup cashew nuts and 2 cup water
I blended cashews into a milk. The recipe in the app is for one cup oats, 4 tbsp chia seeds, 1 cup cashew nuts and 4 cup water. I doubled the amount of oats and now I have a looot of overnight oats :)))).
@@adrianamarin7658 aaah ok you made a bigger batch. Well the pudding is vey liquid before it has been to the fridge overnight to set. It can also be that the cashews are not fully broken down. But I used the same measurements but a smaller batch and it turned out like in the video, but again it’s very runny in the beginning
@@AlexandraAndersson what I wanted to say is that the proportions are wrong in the app, there are 4 cups of water to one cup of cashews, one cup of oats and 4 tbsp of chia...
It happened the same to me. Mine wasn't as thick as shown in the video and I followed the exact same recipe, I ate it anyway but the consistency was really disappointing tbh. Maybe the amount of water should be less.
Does the baby eat the same meals with you, or does she eat something different?
Mostly the same but I remove some for her before adding salt :) But with the salad for example she can't chew raw veggies so I'll cook something different for her with the chickpeas ☺️
