It’s summer, in the hot summer, I love eating mangoes. To get more refreshed, In this recipe, made a Mango Sorbet using Ice Cream Maker. If you have an Ice Cream Maker, it is easier to make a cold refreshing dessert such as Sorbet. This recipe is pretty simple, you only need 4 ingredients. If you don’t have an Ice Cream Maker, you can also use the traditional way as well.

Thanks for sharing! Will it become hard after a few days in the freezer? Or it will still be easy to scoop? What is the key to scoop-able ice cream/ frozen yogurt? I made something but it becomes so hard after I freeze it.
I think it would good for 2 days. Not sure what is the best way. Perhaps remove from the freezer couple of minutes ahead before serving it.

Do you mind if I ask why you have to freeze overnight when using an ice cream maker? Could you not just leave it in the ice cream maker for longer?

I dont get it.. I just mix one huge mango, some spoons of sugar, and two spoons of greek yoghurt. No water or syrup... why would I want to make it taste less?
Put it in the ice cream maker and it it straight away.. why put it in the freezer when it is already perfect temperature ice, and I can eat it right away?
