This is amazing. I try to make it without food processor but the ice crystals form. Watching your video provides the solution to my problems, thank you so much
Haha. The roses are made by mango not the sorbet. First slice the mango into thin slices. Then line them up while overlapping the edge. Then roll it up into a rose. I am not good at explain in words. You can check this video, i made ginger rose with same method. ua-cam.com/video/tTLOk9Q1e4A/v-deo.html you can jump to 12:44 to find the ginger rose. Let me know if you have any more questions😊
It might be. There are very thin fibers in mango. But it's a lot of work since you can see the mixture is very thick. The texture is already very smooth and you won't feel the fibers. The biggest enemy to the nice smooth texture is big ice crystal. So it matters more if you use hand mixer to blend it more frequently. If you really want to do it, I suggest you blend fresh mango, pass though a fine sieve, then freeze and use a hand mixer break the big ice crystals every couple hours. That would be easier.
@@DoubleDrsLife Hi I hope the days of hand mixing are over for me I have just purchased a compressor ice cream machine for making sorbets . Its only got a small capacity but I can make small batches faster and just freeze them
long process but magnificent result. super creamy I already like it
NICE!💝💝💝
