This game was basically made for Logan. We got bugs, amazing setting and lore, gorgeous look, metroidvania, and cute. Amazing review Logan like always! Every video you make always get me inspired.
If you love this,by god wait until Silksong hits shelves. It looks to be just as daunting in some aspects, but also just as tough. Can't wait to jump back in with Hornet's tale.

Steel Soul mode isn’t actually that bad. Once you know where everything is and you’ve practiced the bosses via Godmaster, you can get it done pretty easily. You just gotta be pretty cautious and you may want to quit back to the title screen to avoid a death. Another good thing is that for the bosses in the dream world (I cant remember what it’s actually called), which includes the Failed Champion, Lost Kin, Soul Tyrant, White Defender, Grey Prince Zote (plus the Zote minigame), Radiance, NKG, and any fight within Godmaster, losing doesn’t count as a death. You are free to rematch them all you like. Playing through Steel Soul and beating it again in this way is very satisfying, especially if you get the sub - 20 hour 100% achievement like I did on my Steel Soul run (112% is the max due to the updates/new content). P.S. NKG actually becomes more fun to fight against once you learn to dodge his moves. Same can be said with the Pure Vessel but definitely not with the Absolute Radiance.

Never thanking Hornet, Quirrel, or Cloth. Never truly accepting the Grubfather's thanks. Complete hollow nothingness.

I played it around 2 years ago when it first dropped on Switch, and it quickly rose up and became my favorite game of all time after I plugged about 180 or more hours into it and somewhere around 8 playthroughs. It's odd how this ended up becoming one of those games I could just pick up and play for fun now, I usually have such a hard time getting into such massive games. But I'm glad I took the initial plunge.

This is the most lore-filled game I’ve ever seen, and I’m amazed that it’s an indie game made by just 4 people (including composer).
