I think one of my favorite geniuses is probably Richard Gray, or as he’s better known as, The Master from the original Fallout. And he made an entire race in order to conquer the entirety of the American Wasteland, and eventually the world. And the scariest thing is that his plan would have succeeded if the Mutants he created weren’t sterile. Also, unlike most villains, he actually accepts his loss when you convince him that his mutants are unable to breed.
One problem The Master created the Super Mutants to be a race made to replace humans but he didn’t know the they were sterile and realizing this he then blows his factory and himself

Funny enough, my only problem with Dr Light that Megaman 11 just confirmed is that he pushed for self conscious robots, but they were still being treated as such, ironically creating second class citizens that were to be disposed once they served their time.

good list dude. personally I would have put medic higher due to the fact he somehow managed to A surgically add 8 HUMAN SOULS to his own being and managed to masterfully out smart the devil himself.(and implied that if he had been able to reach it he had a button on hand that could have made not only his teammates but their predecessors who they were fighting all give birth to live actual baboons but thats another kettle of fish ) my point is I would have put him higher. I also would have lowered fawful if not outright removed him but hey you do you. again good list
