- We circle back to Dean Guitar who continue show they have nothing left to lose with their Dean Zero model--which still looks like the Gibson Explorer. Could Dean be so far down the drain that Gibson will give them a pass?
Dean just has a recurring item on its calendar called "court with Gibson."

I feel like there has been a generation of players since Panteras youthful days that do not consider this shape a Gibson thing. I dont think it would be an easy case, like it may have been 30 years ago, but heck, what do i know.
Yeah that's fair... As we discussed, it really comes down to Gibson's interest and Dean's capacity to pay.

@blueslawyer but wouldn't that come down to them believing one lawyer that shows it does over another lawyer that shows it doesn't? Gibson lost the V and the Les Paul shape in Europe. Stranger things have happened.
