- 蒜泥茄子的做法食材：茄子250克、大葱20克、大蒜30克、洋葱30克、生抽10克、蚝油10克、食盐2克、白糖5克、鸡精5克。
蒜泥茄子的做法步骤：
1、大匠心、洋葱、大蒜去皮，切成小段和颗粒。
2、茄子洗净，铺上硅油纸，刷上一层油。
3、烤箱预热，上火220，下火180，预热10分钟。
4、茄子放入烤箱中层，烤20分钟。
5、准备小碗，调一碗汁。
6、放入白糖、盐、生抽、蚝油、葱花、洋葱碎、盐、鸡精。
7、浇上一勺沸腾的热油，用筷子搅拌均匀。
8、取出茄子，用筷子划开，放入酱料。
9、再烤5分钟即可。
