Anywhere from 1/16 to 3/16oz depending on the size of the jig. Usually try to match the weights so the fall rate is consistent and even.

I used a 25 sized Flueger. Ole Faithful and Pear Juice are my favorite clear water colors. Nitro Chicken and Disco Face probably for stained water.
