Thanks to the geniuses @ Nevada Fish & Game, who decided to put strippers in Lake Mead, we no longer have crappie, bluegill, or trout in the lake, since they've eaten them all.
The strippers ate all the fish? I thought they only liked salads and cocaine.

What time frame of night when ice comes off do prefer
If I find a school of crappie and am only catching small ones, did I just find a small school, or am I maybe just too shallow? Do we know in a school of crappie, do the young ones stay high or on the outside of the school? This is 10-29-21 so fall fishing

He said beadhead chironomid, it is a fly that replicates a midge larvae.
