    Thank you Chris..your recipes are saving my Carnivore lifestyle!! I get meat aversion fairly often and so this salad will save me...🤗🤗🤗😋 ..along with All your recipes...it helps so very much!! I am 66 and my Hubby 71 and we are feeling so much better. THANKS AGAIN. 😊

    As I'm rewatching with my noodles...my Ukranian grandmother would ALWAYS grate an onion in any dish you didn't want "chunks" pasta salads would be one of those places! She did it in her pot roast recipes too!!

    Trick for carnivore folks that don't want to do spices, try smoked salt. Real Salt has several flavors.

    Made the spaghetti noodles last week-end. I cut my piping bag too big so I ended up with very large noodles. I cut them in macaroni size, mixed with ground beef, parmesan and a little cajun spices. Delicious. Thank you.

    Can’t wait to try this. I’m preparing the spaghetti noodles tonight. Pasta salad is up next, but I also have been craving your potato salad, what a predicament. Thank you so much for such awesome recipes. I sure wish I could have an open flame at my apartment for a real BBQ, but I make do with an electric Weber. It gets the job done.

    OMG! I made the spaghetti pasta tonight with a tomato sauce. It was a bit of a messy process, but maybe I need to get a better pipping bags and tip. My husband and I are not perfect carnivore, more ketovore. It was a great addition to our dinners! Thanks!

    Made your spaghetti with tomato bolognese. My husband and I have been on keto since 1 January 2023. Been missing pasta. My 43 year old son moved in with us temporarily until he can find a place of his own in this area. He is overweight and diabetic. He HATES any fake pasta made from veggies or otherwise. Told my husband what these pasta where made of. He loved them. Plated these pasta for my son, not telling him. He ate 2 big helpings and RAVED about my spaghetti being sooooo good. He will never know what they are 😂, because then he won’t like them anymore. Thank you for the recipe. We love love love them!❤

    I bought the piping set you listed and can’t wait to be stocked up with delicious pasta noodles. I skip the things my body tells me no to, with pain or inflammation, I enjoy the things I can have. I bought a sliced ham ate 7 slices, when I woke up I could not walk on my right foot, I threw it away. OUCH! I really needed to go. 😂

    Was wondering how you keep the spaghetti noodles hot.? For just plain noodles can you freeze them and then how do you heat? Love all your recipes! They are so good. Tried your butter mayo and could just sit and eat it as its so good. Love you both!!

    Thanks for thinking about doing PSMF variations of carnivore. I'm planning to work on building some muscle, amongst other things, and it will be useful to up my protein and drop my fat. Also, you mentioned the other day that if you stall for too long you'll adjust things. Having some PSMF recipes will give you an option if it comes to that. 😉
    Also, thanks for considering working out a way to drop the dairy. 😊

    You should move the grill AWAY from your AC unit. The AC is sucking in all the VOCs from the grill smoke.

      There is no “away” on my patio. That’s the only spot on cement it can sit.

    Okay, last night I looked up "make egg white powder at home" ... and it worked.
    Now the bad part was that in the gentle heat of my oven, the egg whites warmed and got runny. And went under the silicone baking mat, ugh. The part that stayed on top was perfect. It dehydrated beautifully and in mortar and pestle - boom - easy - powder. But the stuff that got under the mat was a mess - had to use brillo pad.
    We got yardbirds and I'm broke all the time. So the cost of that egg white powder is ... not doable. But we give away our extra eggs to family and neighbors. But not no more for a while - hahah. So... I found my parchement paper that's a bit bigger than my baking pan, so I can fold it to catch the egg whites. And - you just whip egg whites a bit, they say it helps em dry out to break em up - whip em til frothy they say. That worked ... cept for the run over.
    But I will be making your spaghetti - the carnivore kind w chicken meat n gelatin - in a few days here. And ... well I gotta find my gelatin, too, but we got a big ole thing of it somewhere. And I know I'm gonna love it.
    This pasta salad looks good. Back when I was a carb head, I made a Chinese chicken salad - and I don't wanna insult real Chinese chefs, cuz that's an awesome cuisine. So I guess it's really Chinese inspired chicken salad w/ cut up roasted white meat, green onion, broc, mayo, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, sugar, lots of sesame oil, a little cayenne or siracha ... and it was all mixed w spagh noodles or Chinese style noodles. So good.
    But the wimpy egg/cr chs/pork rind/parm carni noodles I've been making are too wimpy for an application like this. And would get too soggy. Your best carni noodles will work, I know it. And I may have to go keto one day to eat that - unless I just make al fredo or something more healthy. Anyway, cheers.
    Oh, remember, only way to fight trolls is to deprive them of their oxygen- which is attention. Y'all seem to know this. You're both smart, but ignoring/blocking them is the only thing that works. They leave if they can't get reactions and go somewhere else. Good luck!

    Please remove the huge yellow basket off the refrigerator. It dominates the screen. Very distracting.
