I wish I could find my old sea foam green four door. I traded it for a street bike after I got a DUI about twelve years ago. Many memories with that thing. Love what your doing brother.
If I were a car thief at your house. I’m really not sure which car I’d steal first 😂😂 probably the CRX, or the DC2, or the Civic or the spare CRX 🤔 Ohhh 👍 from 🇬🇧
Good & bad to see the constant efforts to improve the MXrods product, still frustrated by their lack of droop travel to suit those who like absurdly low, but certainly good value. Bought the thicker aftermarket Rswaybar for my Dc2 to find it also needed aftermarket brace to fit, & that needed factory mounting threads in body drilled out.... so have chickened out there... Still repainting EG hatchback anyway... & should be rebuilding EF8 g-box...
When I looked these up on their page they are SP2 (grey and black). The blue and black that you had on there as well as the yellow and black are SP1. Comparing the 2 coilovers daily driving do you get better response as in more grip no heavy leaning as if it "becomes one" with the road on the SP2 than the SP1?
Do they just send you the new stuff when they get it or do you request it? Seems like a good arrangement you have with them. I wish I was still badass enough to daily a car on coilovers haha. Way too crappy of roads where I live.
@@crxseth That's great. I'm sure it benefits then just as much as you. Soon enough you'll have more companies doing the same for you if you keep it up.
Bought the maxpeedingrods T6 coilovers after watching your video a few months ago. The ride is great for daily driving.
You bought these same coilovers?
Love the pride u take brother on your work
Thank you.
Definitely brother your so humble that's what's u aside from everyone else
I find the less common cars more entertaining. It gets boring after a while seeing the same popular cars get talked about.
It’s definitely refreshing to change it up some, even if they are very similar cars.
@@crxseth yeah cats are all very similar.
@@DIYAUTOCAR At first I was going to call you out for your typo, but then I edited mine.
@@crxseth now I look like the drunk.....
Thank you Seth. My biggest pet peeve from the 2000s has been people adding subframe braces without adding a swaybar and endlinks.
It was a swing and a miss this time. Hopefully next time I’ll get it installed.
I'm just happy to see you adding the RSB. And no rush you're a working man. This is hobby. A long time Accord guy that loves your page.
What sway bar do you recommend getting for a 99 ej8 daily driver
Can’t argue with good gas mileage. The sedan looks great at that height.
In for more sedan content, got 2. Love them
Cant wait for more sedan content.
I have an EG8 with the D15B2 and really want to put sway bars and new LCAs :D
Stay tuned!
Look into some koni gc or kwv1. Cheap extended top hats oem bushings. you'll never look back promise
I'm debating on getting koni ground control or these coils to save money.... 🤔
Love this content. All of your videos are fun to watch.
Yeah the sedan looks great at that height. Nice upgrade for the coilovers.
Awesome content like always

I’m lucky to have found my old car, but it may be too far gone for me. Still undecided.
@@crxseth well it sounds like you're still thinking about it so if it's worth a thought maybe it's worth a rebuild. Hope you know what I'm saying 😆
I think for your 4 door, a Z6 head with Si transmission would make that a lot more fun, but still reliable.
I’d like to just do the whole swap in my work sedan. I may end up putting the B18C in the white sedan if I can ever restore it.
I also thought that it had been a long time since we had seen a video on mounting coilovers. 😆
Haha. It’s like a monthly thing. I have to pay the bills!
🤣🤣🤣

I ❤️ your Honda Collection🔥🔥
Great choice for daily btw👌

Thanks for thr video ! Perfect timing 👌

u need to fix that leak
Dream car 😍

I am looking into getting these.
These newest ones feel the best and hold to the road a LOT better.
I installed coilovers on my sedan, but I could not adjust the comfort. It is either too hard or too soft. What can I do?
??
Nice upgrade

A little bit of both. I ask when I want to use something and they also suggest when they want to promote something.

Too bad on the crossmember brace ....EFSeth, ITRSeth.CRX Seth, lol
My original screen name was civicseth. Haha.
How are the t7’s in comparison to the old t6’s?
I need some of them lug nuts.
Why these? I’d rather have something a little different. These are Advance Auto special.
@@crxseth keeps the socket off the paint on the wheels.
May I know what's the rim size? Planning to buy the same coilovers. Thanks
15x6.5”
I would like to restore or get my 1989 CRX S I, could I get your contact and get a quote from you?
I’m sorry. That’s not something I do for people.
Where can I find a wing like on you civic
It’s a Japanese/European spoiler found on the Ferio or EG9 Civics. You’ll have to find one used in Europe or Japan.
Sick !
Would sell the eg 4dr??
It’s my work car that I drive every day so right now I’m going to hang onto it.
@@crxseth that’s cool. I had a blue one with a JDM B16 swap. Miss it ! If you ever do lmk Forreals
Would you sell the old coilovers???
They wouldn’t be worth shipping. You can get them new fairly cheap. Especially after the discount code.
Ok thanks
Damn. Macy lied to me. I see you got hooked up for the eg8 but max told me no for my eg8. Dirty.
They are spelled out in the description as for a 96-00 Civic so maybe she didn’t know they would still work?
Bro what cars do you have right now? 🤷♀️
1988 CRX Si, 1991 CRX DX, 1997 Honda ITR, 1988 CRX Si, 1994 Civic DX, 1995 Civic LX, 2004 Subaru STi, 2001 Toyota Tacoma
Nice
Nice upgrade. It should ride a bit better.
It definitely does from my initial impressions. Better match of spring rate and dampening.
not really budget coilovers anymore lol the t7's are over $500!
10% off will get it right under $500, but yeah, the price is creeping up.
My guess is they will keep upgrading until they are near the price of normal coilovers.
Leaky rack :(
Yeah, it’s becoming an issue. :( It’s on the to-do list.
