Do not use anti-seize as a lubricant such as on caliper slide pins or on threads for a bushing press or any mechanical assembly that requires a lubricant. Do not use anti-seize on exposed threads because the compound can attract contaminants that may contribute to thread damage when the fastener is removed.
I had some Yonaka spec2 on my 05 Accord J30 M6, and they are finally failing. I have some SP1 coilovers that will be here tomorrow. Hope they ride as nice or better than the old ones they will be replacing. Great video and ty for the content brother
This shit breaks my heart. I just about 5 days ago had my 2000 honda civic stolen from right infront of my house:/ it was standard and complete all stock. And now it's gone I probably won't ever get it back now.
Glad YT had you in my suggested videos. Didn’t know we had a YT star in Paducah lol. I’m from a couple of counties over. Keep up the good work! I know you are getting the maxpeedingrods coil overs to try out and I would like your honest opinion if they are a good option or should I spend the money on known companies? Going on an RSX.
These new T6's look realllly good----fantastic fit and finish. But what's the deal with the factory default spring rates??? WHY ARE THEY SO STIFF?? CUSTOMERS EVERYWHERE SEEM TO WANT SOFTER SPRINGS! Give them what they want!
Hey if you’re going to get new suspension would you donate your Old suspension to a good cause currently trying to rebuild a del Sol And I can’t even afford the suspension
Hey man I have the standard maxxspeedingrods coilovers and have had them for almost 3 yrs now and only issue i have ran into is the top hat stud has pulled the threads so what aftermarket top hats would you recommend or can oem top hats fit on them?
@@oldskool1979 I’m not 100% sure but I’ve heard they are more rigid and weigh less. Not sure how much truth there is to either of those statements though.
@crxseth appreciate the reply...we're they on like stock side of soft or bouncy soft I'm between the orinonal version with damp... or the t6 for a daily but not sure which ones would have better adjustment from soft to stiff
how would you compare these to something like a set of bc's? thinking of getting a set for my e36 but its also my 'everything' car so i do want something solid
@@nes3382 Just doesn’t feel right to me, but it’s also based on no experience with any legitimate setup. Paired with appropriate other suspension mods, they’re may do fine, but I have no rear sway bar or other supporting mods.
Love too see a daily car getting some attention and those coil overs look nice man 👍
Is a good day when crx seth upload a video.👍
You should put some permatex anti-seize lubercant on front and rear control arm bolts so it won't be so rusty .

I miss my B16 swapped EH9. Have a 93 Si I'm restoring now. OEM+ spec. Going with Maxpeedingrods coilovers for my hatch too
How they been so far the maxspeedrods?
@@bcruzin28 They've been great. No issues

That is one clean sedan. I got the hatch, the coupe, but no sedan😔. Still searching tho😁

Sorry to hear that. It’s bad out there. Hope you had it insured.

Spend a little extra.
Thank you!
damm that eg looks clean! more eg videos please!!!
It’s definitely rough around the edges, but I’ve considered cleaning it up in the future.
All of my suspension components have surface rust :( maybe I should be putting that inhibitor on everything!
I would recommend it.

@CRXseth what dampener setting were you using? Would setting softer help the "stiffness" you mentioned?
I found the softer setting on the dampening felt the best. Not full soft but a few clicks up.
Nice, that's what I was wondering, thanks for the great content and sharing your experience!
Lookin at the details here, but nice LHT CRX shirt! I wanted to ask, what do you do for work?
I work as an engineer in a manufacturing plant.

@@crxseth so I guess there Facebook page would be the best way to get ahold of someone
its only available in chinda and its $740 shipped
Perfect video🤙
I need a new suspension for my 1988 civic sedan... I was looking at the H&R 29808-3 street coilover kit...does max sell ef rear eyelet coilovers ?
Not that I’m aware of. You’d have to swap out your control arms.
@@crxseth Why did Honda use eyelet control arms ? They used them on the integra type r... must be a better design ?

Whats going on with the flip car?
I sold it yesterday.
Which ride smoother for a daily as in not too stiff or bouncy. ...? The old adjustable version or the t6?..
The original are super soft, so I liked the T6 a bit better.

@crxseth ah ok got u ...would u say the t6 are worth it when ot comes to comfort aswell not just cornering performance .?
Do you have a custom or aftermarket exhaust on the eg sedan?
It’s just OEM. The noise is from the intake.
Awesome!
los recomiendan para un rsx
You don't have the EK anymore?
I sold it this past weekend to free up some space and without having to put too much work in it.

what did you spray on the coilovers?

I have it full stiff.
