Perfect for this time of year when the weather get's colder, the fire is burning and the board games are on the table.
A traditional British Food Dish, very simple to make, very tasty to eat. This is my dad's recipe, for years, ever since I can remember he has made this pie for us all. It's the best pie recipe I know. It works so well with any dark meats or game. In this version we have used Partridge, Pheasant, Mallard (duck) and Venison (deer) mixed with herbs and a thick rich gravy.
