The jack hammer works like a charm and sure beats a rental unit. The oil I used is relatively normal for a jack hammer and super tech keeps it nice and cheap. Cheers!

What are the specification of the oil, is it ok to use SAE 15W/40 motor oil?
I run 15w40 and it runs great.
