  • Want to eat healthy but don't know how to cook or what to cook?! In this video I will give you three lunch & dinner recipes you can make all in an hour! These meals are both high in protein & fiber for weight loss & overall health! I want all my meals to be easy and realistic, so these are actual meals I make for my fiancé and I !     I love healthy and delicious ideas. I don't have a blender (for the cottage cheese) but I'd probably enjoy the potato salad with it anyway.

      Then get the whipped cottage cheese at the store! That will be better texture. I used my smoothie ninja blender to blend the cottage cheese and it worked fine tok

    fried foods are actually high in polyunsaturated fats and low in saturated fats, for 90% of the time they are fried in plant seed oils such as canola,soybean, cotton etc.

      Super interesting thing is with high heat the healthy unsaturated fats in the oils decrease and the saturated fat content increases. Check out this one research paper below. Plant seeds do have healthy fats and fine when not heated at the high temps 💛

      The rational actually points somewhat to the opposite conclusion:
      Saturated fats, being saturated (rich) in bonds are more immune to oxidation in very high heats in contrast with unsaturated fats.
      What makes fried foods problematic is oxidation of polyunsaturated fats, and ofcourse the fats being highly proccesed.
