this is really cool! I just made my own pngtuber and gave it like 5 emotions but they're WAY SIMPLER than this ohmygod I LOVED watching this entire thing it looks so dynamic!!! might watch more of your videos like this since I just discovered you now ehe

Well done, and this is great news! While Live2D is cool, it’s way too slick for the style I want… I want something simpler, and the fact this takes animated GIFS is perfect! Gonna start setting up my own version later today!
Yeah, live2d requires a webcam to track your movements and I wanted a PNGtuber to save a usb slot haha. Also the smooth head movement really wouldn't suit my character. Best of luck with your PNGtuber!
In veado there are buttons at the top for each pose (month shut/open) click on those to find the images on your pc you wanna use. I believe the files need to be either PNG or GIF, so render your photoshop files out as either of those with transparency on.

FireAlpaca. Its free! I also used adobe illustrator for some elements.
Wait how do you add gifs to that program?
Same way you would any other image, though you may have to set the file type display to "all types" to view gifs in your folders.
