      @@QSABDOwe would have all contracted skin cancer and died thousands of years ago. Also I know loads of people who don’t wear sunscreen and are completely fine, it seems that the people who do wear sunscreen have a pretty high chance of contracting skin cancer aswell.

    It's impossible to minimize stress, my university teacher hates me and I need to survive 4 years. I can't eat moist food cuz I am scared of moist. I can't go to outside, lessons end at 12 pm and start at 9am. Can workout but can't lift. My training partner told me not to lift yet

      Diet and sleep way more improtant. Also, your test levels going lower dont mean anything. They are never stable day to day. 200 ng/dl is a pretty standard fluctuation
