Pretty sure I covered both of those things. I probably don’t like reverse back squats, but those who do will not get a pull grange of motion. I also noticed a squeak when I accidentally loaded more plates on one side and had an uneven load, but that squeak went away when I balanced the load. I’ve never done a single leg press because that just seems like a waste of time when you can use both legs. Obviously a machine like this isn’t going to be as good as a commercial piece of gym equipment that is dedicated to one exercise and costs 4x or more. They actually just sent a new type of wheel that’s supposed to fix the squeak that I’m going to be testing as well. I’m sure they’ll send you a set if you contact them.
@@CamberFitness Sure, they are sending the new wheels out as well. I honestly do not care about the squeak but did notice it on mine. And absolutely not for commercial or even a private studio. And regarding "waste of time" for single leg pressses, you absolutely should routinely do isolation leg movements to avoid hip imbalances in the future.
@ i suppose, but I have a bad lower back and putting heavy asymmetrical loads on my hips from something like a single leg press gets a bit painful. I go with lunges for that. What machine would you suggest that does all the same movements but better?
@@CamberFitness Oh no sorry to hear about the back issue! Right now Force USA is the best I have tried. They still have smaller foot plate, but they are working to fix on their next model. The price range will be around 2k.
Bro this is sweet, I’ve been looking for a hack squat/leg press with these exact concerns. Thanks for the video. It’ll be a process but I gotta make some improvements to the home gym 💪🏼
I’m really liking this one so far. I’ll probably still have a little 4-5 inch platform to get even deeper on the back squat, but it’s working great for me. Especially for those calf raises on the “gazelle” part.
What do you think of this machine & what's your favorite leg exercise?🦵Products links w/ a Discount Code are in the description!👆
My favorite on this is the single leg press where the plate begins to wobble and squeak terribly loud. Or the 30% ROM reverse hack squat I get.

Raised platform .. giving full range of motion .. significant improvement which makes this an ideal machine in this category
Definitely a nice improvement!
Gazelle pro .. 😎😎 .. awesome, really looks like a gazelle. And the announcement at the end of the video .. woohoo , giveaways 🎊
It’s gonna be a good one! 😉
The Gazelle looks awesome! I would have no excuses for skipping leg day if I got one!
😂 Sounds like you’d better get one then! 🦵
@@CamberFitness Only if I can be good for another day and a half! 🎅🎄🎁
You can do it! 💪
I already got the new bigger rollers. It fixed all the issue with the lose play and metal to metal contact.
Nice! They sent me some as well and I’ll try them out and compare soon
Really enjoy your RitFit product lineup reviews! Great job and keep it up. 👍🏼
