Hope you continue creating such great videos for Canada jobs too for people who are scared to leave the job & come to Canada to guide them. Great Job!
If someone want to prepare speaking at home in this covid19 pandemic. You just have to grab a phone, start recording yourself and check it by listening yourself may be you'll not going to be like your own voice but it really help you to improve.
Especially for people who pause a lot while speaking English, here's a tip. Try speaking to yourself in English. I have tried this on myself and scored 8.5 in speaking.
Thanks PT... i think as said most important thing is just practice n practice.. even reading regular choice of news editorials or any material loudly as well as silently helps a lot !!

Hey Guys, Thanks for all your videos. I have followed inputs provided in this video and scored CLB 10 in my 1st attempt after a month of presentation. Kudos to you...
There are plenty of videos regarding ielts but E2 ielts is by far the best channel on youtube if you want to learn and get prepared for your ielts exams.
Thank you for your suggestions and encouragements! Finally got my desired scores in my 3rd attempt 🤩 Here is my IELTS journey: 27th March BC: L8.5/R8.5/W6.5/S7 10th July BC : L7.5/R8.5/W7/S7 12th Aug IDP : L8.5/R8/W7/S7
Best tip for ielts: take a date 14 days after your booking date. Trust me guys 14 days are enough for your preparation as most of us won't do anything even if we study for 6 months. Waise bhi most of us are last moment people. I took my ielts date just 7 days after booking date and got 8 band in total
I agree with your point.. we were delaying the exam dates for preparing but we soon realized, we are not going to prepare unless we take the exam dates.. finally took the dates still prepared only for 4-5 days that too predominantly the listening, reading and writing tips, speaking it wont be very easy to improve in short span of time (IMO) Btw my wife scored CLB 9 and I myself scored CLB 8 (missed out on CLB 9 coz of 6.5 in writing)
I found the video very useful. I was looking for a plan like this and it sounds perfect to me for the IELTS preparation in a month. Thank You so much guys.

Here is a free tip: Focus on Essay writing and how it’s marked. there are four criteria which are used to score it: 1) task response 2) coherence and cohesion 3) vocabulary/ laxical resources 4) grammatical range and accuracy Most people miss out on task response and fail to get the desired band (happened to me 3 times). Look up task response errors. And finally, get High Scoring IELTS Essay Writing (written by some Vietnamese authors)... it’s old, but still works... read it in detail at least twice. Try to write your own essays and compare with this book. Read essays on all the common topics given in this book. Another tip is look up on UA-cam “types of IELTS essays”. I believe a Pakistani guy Asad Yaqub explains in detail templates for each type of essay. For example; argumentative, descriptive, etc. Try to write essays according to these templates... these templates can easily be found elsewhere as well... your choice really... Once you have absorbed all the important topics in the essay writing, you have indirectly also prepared for the Speaking test, because same topics usually show up in speaking test as well... it will become easier for you to talk once you know what to say... Reading has 3 passages... they get more difficult from 1 to 3... so divide your time accordingly... 15 min, 20min, 25 min... Listening needs, well, just listening... Practice and work hard. good luck.
It depends on the University you're getting into. You can check the scores required by the particular College/uni on its website. On an average you need anywhere between 6-7 overall score and not less that 6 in each test
Hi Potato Talkies, Just wanted to say thank you for making such crisp videos. Me and my wife have been following you guys from last 7-8 months and I must say that we have not come across any other channel which has so much of to the point and extremely well researched content. Also, would like to share my IELTS scores received on Apr. 2, 2021: L 8.5; R 9; W 7; S 8 (your study plan really helped). These scores enabled my profile to reach CRS of 469. Now, all we can do is just hope for IRCC to issue "No program specified draw" asap. Hopefully, we can meet in Toronto/ Kitchener soon and get you guys a coffee! Until then, good luck to you and others who are waiting just like me and my wife! Work hard for things that are in our hands and leave the rest to God :)
Mandeep Singh if your English is good enough then no need to worry.just go through the exam pattern. And if it’s not then at least prepare for a month.do practice papers, talk to yourself in English also there are plenty of videos on UA-cam you should watch that.
I followed your plan and got a 7.5 band. 8.5 listening, 8 reading and 6.5 in both writing and speaking. I was slightly careless in last 15 days as ielts got postponed and then happened a week later 😂 so got less in writing and speaking. Thanks guys, you are really amazing. ❤️
