Actually, it's way more common then you'd think! I've seen quite a number of Indians who speak almost perfect English, though they have been living their entire life in India. I think it's just that the way Indians are presented in mass media makes us think most of them have a thick accent (not that it can't be true though, just saying my opinion).

I feel like the key points here are to be as relaxed as possible, and to touch upon multiple topics from a simple question. In most videos I’ve watched like this, the speakers don’t treat it like an exam, and more of a conversation.

I think this girl is well educated; she is clever. also, she shows her confidence in herself, she talks about 2 different subjects without forgetting, any single detail like if her brain was 1000G She thinks and talks at the same time but thinking isn't clear on her face she is sooo good for hiding as if she was a closed book , you can't read her stress marks from overthinking, I think she is living outside India. Her accent is just perfect, otherwise, she wouldn't speak like that even if she had taken master's degree in English,

This video is no way comparable to the real speaking test. The examiner is not as friendly and does not want to listen any thing more than his answer. For me it felt like he just wanted to finish the test
some examiners are strict, some have different personalities, and some assess you subjectively or objectively. Some are friendly, some are not so much. After all, the examiners who will assess you are people.
